Ingredients & Method: Select any of the following 6 fruits, one each. Wash, cut, peel (if needed) the fresh fruits you want to use. Cut into bite-size pieces and place in a large bowl. Mix them together lightly with a wooden spoon. - Apple - Pear - Orange - Plum - Yellow peach - Seedkess grapes 1 cup - 4 or 5 strawberries - Banana For garnishing: Select any 2 nuts and mix with raisins, dried apricots and the 2 optional items, if used. About half cup blanched and sliced almonds Half cup hazel nuts Half cup chopped walnuts Half cup raw cashews Half cup raisins 1 teaspoon shredded unsweetened white coconut (optional) One-fourth cup unsalted pumkin seeds (optional) 2 or 3 chopped dried apricots In a separate bowl, mix all ingredients for garnishing selected to be used.
