Title: If you had to make a flag to represent Islam Post by: MuslimanMahlon on December 15, 2012, 04:37:49 pm If you can to make an islamic flag, a flag to represent Islam, what would it be? What would be on it?
For example, Islam's known to be depicted with a cresent moon and star. So if you had the opportunity to come up with a flag (or logo/symbol), what would it be? Or, it should simply mention Surah At-Tawheed (112th Chapter). I think what's most important to be represented in an Islamic flag is the concept of absolute Monotheism not nationalistic or traditional ideas relating to specific geographical boundaries.
Btw, crescent & star are not religious symbols of the Islamic Faith. Check our post on this topic here.
