The idea of peacocks spreading their feathers is so commonly taken as a brightly multi-colorful scene that I've never watched a fully white spread-out peacock feathers. In fact I was thinking do white albino peacocks able to show their feathers by spreading them?

What actually the peacock does in a dance is, after spreading out it's feathers, it turns round and round sometimes shaking its tail. Looks very cute and the colorful or white feathers are beautifully spread out. Here is one video which I received through an email circular from a friend. It's probably in the wild. The peacock dances, and then an ugly looking mean rhino suddenly comes and chases away the poor peacock.

I suppose they need to be looked after and protected very carefully. Apart from being delicate, poachers often steal them because of their beauty and high cost in the market. All praise be to Allah .. as stated, HE is the greatest Scientist. None can deny that. |
