Walaikum Salaam.  Yes, definitely the expression “Ya Ayyuhal Lazheena Aamanu” comes from the Noble Quran.  It means "O you who believe." Altogether there are 89 Ayats in the Quran that begin with this expression.  And there is one Ayat in the Quran that begins with the expression “Ya Ayyuhal Lazheena Kafaru” (O you who disbelieve).  To find out which Ayats contain the expression you inquired about, please visit the following site:
