Yes, we certainly do. “BismAllah Ar Rehman Ar Raheem” is an integral and inseparable part of every Surah and therefore must be recited before the recitation of every Surah. Except for Surah Tawbah (or Surah Al-Bar’ah as it is also called), all other Surahs (including Fatiha of course) begin with “BismAllah” and must be recited at the start of the recitation. |
