November 01, 2023, 03:38:26 pm Zainab_M: Keep praying, praying a lot for Gaza. It's worse than a prison .. it's a concentration camp.  Children as young as 10 or 11 are having to care for their younger siblings ages 2, 3 and 4 becoz many have lost both parents.  It's a very, very, very tearful situation there.

October 20, 2023, 04:24:44 pm Zainab_M: Right sister Heba.  Gaza hospital bombing has the fingerprints of Israel all over it.  For Israel this is no big crime.  They have done this and much worse many times in the past and intend to do the same and worse many more times in near future.
October 20, 2023, 04:20:20 pm Heba E. Husseyn: Catching Zionist lies isn't hard. Soon after Gaza hospital bombing killing and maiming hundreds, Israel was quick to accuse Islamic Jihad of a misfired rocket.  That didn't sound plausible because IJ does not have such sophisticated bombing devices.  Zionist lie was fully exposed when anglican archbishop of Jerusalem,Hosam Naoum,  said today that 3 or 4 days prior to boming Israel had warned Gaza hospital to evacuate. Yet CIA claims in its flawed analysis that the rocket did not come from Israel.  But conveniently does not explain how Israel could have known 4 days earlier that a "misfired" rocket from IJ was coming.  Yet on the basis of this flawed & bias analysis of CIA, Biden is comforting Israel he believes Israel didn't do that war crimes bombing.

 BismEm

People with scant knowledge of Arabic often get confused and ask questions about it.

The term 'Rasool' (meaning 'messenger') in the Quran is used for angels as well.  Hence, while there's no difference between human prophet and messenger, there is a difference between human and angel messengers - one being human and the other, an angel.  Angels cannot be called 'prophets.'  This is because according to Allah's ordinance, angels are created for the sole purpose of obeying Allah.  Thus, unlike humans, angels do not have to be selected and inspired for prophethood leading to messengership.  Allah can choose any angel He wishes to carry His messages or decrees.

Some verses from the Noble Quran that tell us about angels being 'messengers' as well are as follows:

Allah chooseth from the angels messengers, and (also) from mankind. Lo! Allah is Hearer, Seer. 22:75

And Our messengers came unto Abraham with good news. They said: Peace! He answered: Peace! and delayed not to bring a roasted calf. 11:69

And when Our messengers came unto Lot, he was distressed and knew not how to protect them. He said: This is a distressful day. 11:77

(The messengers) said: O Lot! Lo! we are messengers of thy Lord; they shall not reach thee. So travel with thy people in a part of the night, and let not one of you turn round - (all) save thy wife. Lo! that which smiteth them will smite her (also). Lo! their tryst is (for) the morning. Is not the morning nigh ?  11:81

He said: And afterward what is your business, O ye messengers (of Allah) ?   15:57

And when the messengers came unto the family of Lot, 15:61

Who doeth greater wrong than he who inventeth a lie concerning Allah or denieth Our tokens. (For such) their appointed portion of the Book (of destiny) reacheth them till, when Our messengers come to gather them, they say: Where (now) is that to which ye cried beside Allah ? They say: They have departed from us. And they testify against themselves that they were disbelievers.  7:37

He said: I am only a messenger of thy Lord, that I may bestow on thee a faultless son.  19:19

And when Our messengers brought Abraham the good news, they said: Lo! we are about to destroy the people of that township, for its people are wrong-doers.   29:31

And when Our messengers came unto Lot, he was troubled upon their account, for he could not protect them; but they said: Fear not, nor grieve! Lo! we are to deliver thee and thy household, (all) save thy wife, who is of those who stay behind.  29:33

In all of the above verses, the term 'messenger' or 'messengers' refer to angels - NOT human messengers.

Yes, 'messenger' is a term also used for angels in the Quraaan .. apparently for those angels assigned the task of bringing Allah's commands to earth in various ways.  While reading the Quraan, when the reader comes across this word, they must use their rational perception in accordance with the contents of that ayat to know whether the term refers to an angel or a human being.  Here's another example where, as per my perception, 'messengers' clearly mean angels.  "And when We cause mankind to taste of mercy after some adversity which had afflicted them, behold! they have some plot against Our revelations. Say: Allah is more swift in plotting. Lo! Our messengers write down that which ye plot."  10:21
