It's worse than a prison .. it's a concentration camp.  Children as young as 10 or 11 are having to care for their younger siblings ages 2, 3 and 4 becoz many have lost both parents.  It's a very, very, very tearful situation there.

October 20, 2023, 04:20:20 pm Heba E. Husseyn: Catching Zionist lies isn't hard. Soon after Gaza hospital bombing killing and maiming hundreds, Israel was quick to accuse Islamic Jihad of a misfired rocket.  That didn't sound plausible because IJ does not have such sophisticated bombing devices.  Zionist lie was fully exposed when anglican archbishop of Jerusalem,Hosam Naoum,  said today that 3 or 4 days prior to boming Israel had warned Gaza hospital to evacuate. Yet CIA claims in its flawed analysis that the rocket did not come from Israel.  But conveniently does not explain how Israel could have known 4 days earlier that a "misfired" rocket from IJ was coming.  Yet on the basis of this flawed & bias analysis of CIA, Biden is comforting Israel he believes Israel didn't do that war crimes bombing.

Walaikum salaam and hi sister.  First of all, paranormal citings don't necessarily happen at night only.  They have also been reported in broad daylight.  However, they're experienced more commonly at night .. no doubt about that.  The reason is simple.  Jinn are more comfortable being active on earth at a time when human population around them is scant.  This characteristic has been observed by many keen observers of the paranormal.  The same characteristic has also been observed with certain animal species like stray dogs and cats.  You might have heard of the phenomenon called 'cat or dog meetings.'  This is a proven fact according to many animal psychologists.  I've seen this phenomenon personally twice.

I would also add that human psychology too plays a role.  Since the paranormal is witnessed more often at night, doesn't mean that the jinn are present around us more after dark.  They maybe present just as much during the daytime.  But it's the quiet and dark of the night that makes their presence felt within ourselves more easily.

Concerning my experience of seeing 'dog / cat meetings' .. I'd like to share the following two interesting stories.  These aren't paranormal but may help you to understand the late night phenomenon.

First time - my Dad and I were returning home after attending a wedding party.  It was around 11.30 night.  Streets were very deserted and quiet.  As soon as our car came down the road in front of our house, around the corner behind the compound wall outside were at least 15 to 20 stray dogs in a group.   They were not fighting nor playing noisily.  They were very silent and sitting together, like relaxing peacefully and appreciating each others' company.  They might have even been 'chatting' in their own doggy language.  After all, animals have their own languages too for communication.  Communication between species other than humans has been confirmed in the Noble Quran where Allah Almighty asserts that Prophet Suleman understood the language of ants.  The Almighty also confirms in the Quran that all other species praise Him, but humans don't understand it .. which clearly refers that other species have their language of communication.   This aspect also has been agreed unanimously by just about all animal psychologists.  It was an awesome sight, really.  My father and I were surprised.  We didn't know that so many stray dogs even existed in our neighborhood because they so carefully stay away from people, probably for fear of animal abusers.  They have a remarkable sixth sense to perceive the possibility of danger or insecurity.  But apparently in the dark of the night, they feel much safer.  This was obviously a 'dog meeting.'

The second time - I saw what's known as a 'cat meeting' in animal psychology.  I went to a friend's birthday dinner.  I didn't use my own transport.  They picked and dropped me.  When I was returning home in their car, it was almost midnight.  The occupants of the car apart from me were my friend, her husband and a relative of hers who also had to be dropped home.  The car turned into a lane to drop my friend's relative.  The lane was eerily deserted at that hour.   We saw that beside the compound wall of a house in that neighborhood, facing outside, there was a narrow stretch of green lawn circling the house.  A 'crowd' of no less than 20 or 25 cats (apparently stray cats) were sitting silently, almost pensively, huddled together and their eyes shining in the dark.  Like the bunch of dogs, these cats too were like relaxing peacefully in each others' company.  Again, we were taken aback by this awesome display of cat unity.  I can never imagine seeing so many cats congregating outside a house in broad daylight.  Not because they don't like daylight.  But the noise and hustle-bustle of human life makes them wary.

I would presume the logic is similar with jinn.  However, I'm pretty certain that jinn are not afraid of humans like other species.  I suppose they simply prefer to keep a low profile of themselves before earthly humans.  At night they're less careful about hiding their presence because they find the quiet and dark atmosphere more conducive than bright daylight.

And, only Allah knows best.

Good read.  While only Allah knows it best, there obviously is some kind of hesitation on the part of jinn to stay away from daylight.

Your analogy of this phenomenon with dog and cat meetings is very interesting.  While I don't know much of dog meetings, I've heard more often of cat meetings.  In Western countries where stray cats are very rare, cat meetings of house cats usually take place on rooftops of houses.  For this reason, their meetings don't necessarily take place at night but are also seen in afternoons and early evenings when there's still some light.  This is because rooftops are already a secluded spot where the cats feel safe from human intrusion.  Secondly, in Western countries, people don't frighten animals as they do in other parts of the world.  This has brought about a difference in animal psychology in the West and East.  Cats, dogs and even birds are not that shy of humans whom they don't recognize.

I haven't personally seen any cat or dog meetings. But I once read a very detailed article in Readers' Digest on cat meetings.  Apart from rooftops and other quiet places, cats have also been reported to 'schedule cat meetings' in cat shelters 😀

BTW - this also reminds me of Surah Al-Falaq (113 Surah of the Glorious Quran).  Along with seeking refuge in Allah from other vices, this Surah also states about seeking refuge in Him "from the evil of the darkness when it is intense"   In my humble opinion, I think "the evil of the darkness" could have a few different meanings together including evil humans and evil jinn.  It could also include darkness of the mind, that is, human ignorance which can unleash lot of destruction in a community.
And only Allah knows best.  Allah-o-Alim.

Thank you sisters.  Went thru it carefully and found this comprehensive thread to my question most informative and interesting.

I guess it maybe correct that though jinn aren't afraid of human presence, they do have some sort of hesitation coming freely before humans.  At this point, this is as much as we can surmise.  Only Allah knows best.

I also found the information about changing animal psychology interesting.  I too have noticed that animals in the West aren't as shy of humans as those in certain non-Western countries.  I don't mean to say that animals are treated badly in all non-Western countries.  Neither is it true that all animals are treated well in the West.  But I would give the West the credit that generally they do care better for animals.  The reason cats have their get-togethers on roof tops might be because they are afraid of being harassed in places more easily accessible by humans.
