November 01, 2023, 03:43:43 pm Ruhi_Rose: Yes .. making lots of dua everyday ..... watching those real life video clips, my face feels wet with tears all the time.  May ALLAH grant the best to these wonderful, brave & steadfast martyrs,  Ameen ya Allah.
November 01, 2023, 03:38:26 pm Zainab_M: Keep praying, praying a lot for Gaza. It's worse than a prison .. it's a concentration camp.  Children as young as 10 or 11 are having to care for their younger siblings ages 2, 3 and 4 becoz many have lost both parents.  It's a very, very, very tearful situation there.

October 20, 2023, 04:24:44 pm Zainab_M: Right sister Heba.  Gaza hospital bombing has the fingerprints of Israel all over it.  For Israel this is no big crime.  They have done this and much worse many times in the past and intend to do the same and worse many more times in near future.
October 20, 2023, 04:20:20 pm Heba E. Husseyn: Catching Zionist lies isn't hard. Soon after Gaza hospital bombing killing and maiming hundreds, Israel was quick to accuse Islamic Jihad of a misfired rocket.  That didn't sound plausible because IJ does not have such sophisticated bombing devices.  Zionist lie was fully exposed when anglican archbishop of Jerusalem,Hosam Naoum,  said today that 3 or 4 days prior to boming Israel had warned Gaza hospital to evacuate. Yet CIA claims in its flawed analysis that the rocket did not come from Israel.  But conveniently does not explain how Israel could have known 4 days earlier that a "misfired" rocket from IJ was coming.  Yet on the basis of this flawed & bias analysis of CIA, Biden is comforting Israel he believes Israel didn't do that war crimes bombing.

June 28, 2023, 09:48:39 am Zainab_M: Walaikum As Salaam.  This was the first Hajj open to all after the pandemic. It was attended by 2.6 million Muslims.

 BismEm   and    salamem  to all

إِنَّا لِلّهِ وَإِنَّـا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعونَ

Though personal, I wish to share this important information that a very dear friend of my family passed away on Saturday night, January 17 of 2009, after a sudden and brief illness of 5 months.  I know you did not know him, but please recite Surah Fatiha for the eternal peace of the departed soul of this very humble and believing brother who possessed a heart that was made of gold.  Prayer recited in earnest is never wasted.  The Glorious Quraan states in Verse 103 or Surah 9 (At-Taubah), telling the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) to pray for the believers because that prayer will be a relief for them.  " .. and pray for them. Lo! thy prayer is an assuagement for them.  Allah is Hearer, Knower."

The remarkable compassion and consideration the deceased brother constantly showed toward family and friends were unparalleled and will be missed forever.  His life was a delightfully precious gift from Allah to all of us.  Though we surely wanted to keep this gift with us for a much longer time, we must respect the Decision of Allah and thank Allah for making us experience the happiness we did through the constant kindness and care of this truly unique person.

Coping with such an enormous loss will be no easy task.  But the continuous thought of Allah that keeps stregthening our Faith and His reminders to us in the Beloved and Beautiful Quraan will, InshAllah, help us to finish walking on the remaining path of our respective lives till we unite with all our loved ones .. by Allah's Will.  Ameen.

I'm thankful for the very comforting comments I read in the thread I posted on October 2008 on this brother's illness titled Abscess in the Spleen.  They were a source of great solace.  InshAllah, I will convey your messages to the brother's family.  May Allah (The Highest) bless all of you, ameen.

Sister Zainab,

My thoughts and prayers are with you and his family in this difficult time of their lives. I pray Allah eases the process of adjusting to life without him for his family.

Regards.

I know this is easier said than done, but do try to be brave dear sister and I'll also say the same to the brother's family.  With a Faith as strong as yours, you will find much solace in Allah.  That's certain.  and you are right.  Life is a gift (amanat) entrusted to us by Allah.  Departure of a loved one from this world always seems 'untimely' to us becoz that's when we realise how many of our dreams have been left unfulfilled.  But Allah has the right to take back His amanat whenever he wants.  That's why Allah says in the Quran that this earthly life is only a pastime .... it's so temporary.  The next one is the Real Life.

All of you are in my thoughts and prayers regularly.  May Allah grant maghfirat to this believing and kind brother and place him in Paradise, ameen.

Ah! my sister, I'm so sorry.  To Allah we belong and to Him is the final journey.  This is something that will happen to all without a doubt.  It's just the difference of timing for each that those left behind for a while feel so shattered.  I pray this brother gets the best reward for his iman and deeds in the next world, ameen.  May Allah grant all of you, his immediate family in particular, patience and courage to bear this irreparable loss.

I'll also check that thread ..
