It's worse than a prison .. it's a concentration camp.  Children as young as 10 or 11 are having to care for their younger siblings ages 2, 3 and 4 becoz many have lost both parents.  It's a very, very, very tearful situation there.

October 20, 2023, 04:24:44 pm Zainab_M: Right sister Heba.  Gaza hospital bombing has the fingerprints of Israel all over it.  For Israel this is no big crime.  They have done this and much worse many times in the past and intend to do the same and worse many more times in near future.
October 20, 2023, 04:20:20 pm Heba E. Husseyn: Catching Zionist lies isn't hard. Soon after Gaza hospital bombing killing and maiming hundreds, Israel was quick to accuse Islamic Jihad of a misfired rocket.  That didn't sound plausible because IJ does not have such sophisticated bombing devices.  Zionist lie was fully exposed when anglican archbishop of Jerusalem,Hosam Naoum,  said today that 3 or 4 days prior to boming Israel had warned Gaza hospital to evacuate. Yet CIA claims in its flawed analysis that the rocket did not come from Israel.  But conveniently does not explain how Israel could have known 4 days earlier that a "misfired" rocket from IJ was coming.  Yet on the basis of this flawed & bias analysis of CIA, Biden is comforting Israel he believes Israel didn't do that war crimes bombing.

We know that the Noble Quran lays sufficient emphasis on a modest dress code for both men and women.  Those who aren't aware of what the Quran specifically says on dress code, I would suggest them to please check our post
Women's dress code as in the Noble Quran
for complete information.

Most Westerners today talk of the Muslim hijab (head covering) as if it's something strange or unusual to them.  A glance at their own history will provide enough evidence on how short their memories are.   Head covering was a religious instruction for Christians as well.

Since all original and unaltered Divine Scriptures have had the same source, that is, Allah Almighty, there was a time before recorded history when the Old and New Testaments, like the Noble Quran, were also original and unchanged by human hands.  But soon after being revealed, at some later time, the practice of altering them began by the people.  It became an endless and onging process that continues to date.  Though at present, nothing within the Torah and Bible is original, just a few social norms as originally contained in these Scriptures can be found rephrased by the Jewish and Christian clerics which are similar to certain rules of the Muslim society as stated in the Noble Quran. One of them is the head cover.  In our social culture this is known as the 'hijab.'

Surprisingly there are several segments even within the Muslim community who haven't followed the Quran in the right perspective consider that the Quran says nothing on the hijab or head cover.   Also, applying the Hadith tactic of plagiarising the Torah / Bible, many Muslim "modernists" claim that hijab in Islam came from Christianity.  Not true.  Although many Biblical laws have definitely crept into Islam through the Hadith, not the hijab or head cover.  This has been the law of Allah since the beginning which is revealed in the Noble Quran and was also revealed in the former original Scriptures.  The only difference is that in the Quran this law is stated in the original Divine Words, while in the Old & New Testaments the original Divine Words have been paraphrased by human hands (possibly with exaggerations and myths) but the basic law itself was retained.

1 Corinthians 11:5, which says, "Every woman who prays or prophesies with her head uncovered dishonors her head."  This is a clear example of a rephrased version of an original law on headcovering.  That bit on 'prophecy' is an addition along with the rephrasing because humans are not allowed to indulge in prophecies at all as clearly elucidated in the Noble Quran.  Therefore to presume that prophecies were permitted in the original Old & New Testaments would be incorrect.

By looking at history chronologically, we can see that the early Christian women veiled their heads not only in church, but also in their daily lives.  Christian women continued this tradition throughout until the early 20th century.  By the 20th century, many Christians in the US and western Europe began considering that long hair was sufficient covering for the head.  However, there were others who considered that women needed to wear a head covering only while going to church. The middle class and wealthy women switched from veils to stylish caps and bonnets.  These were done more in adherence to fashion than as part of modest outfit.  By mid 20th century women wore flowery / frilly hats and scarves in public but only to keep up with fashion.  By this time the realization that it was formerly a religious duty was completely forgotten.  By the 1950s, women wore colorful and expensive hats in church and sometimes during elite gatherings.  But its actual significance was long lost.

At present, we might see women in Eastern Europe, and in conservative Christian communities like the Copts in Egypt, Roman Catholics in Philippines etc. wearing head covering to church that may to some extent resemble the traditional ones.

The only communities in the West which still wear head coverings in daily life are the Mennonite, Amish and probably the Mormons.   From time to time, small segments of Christian women from other denominations of Christianity have been getting inspired by these traditional women and have started using head covering especially while going to church, but by and large, the Chrisitan community all over the world has given up on something they regularly wore through centuries.

Let's look at some interesting pictures that give a clear idea of the Christian head covering along the centuries, and how it kept changing its shape and significance.

As stated, throughout the middle ages, Christian women wore head coverings to compliment their modest dress codes in their daily lives, and never went to church without it.  These head coverings appeared quite substantial.  In fact, Roman Catholic nuns wore similar head coverings until the 1960s.

Headcovers in the West and how they gradually disappeared:

And as time went by from 1970s onward, not just the head covering was totally dumped, but the clothes also kept getting more and more revealing, bordering on nakedness.

However, all these changes are the outcome of their own negative innovations.   Muslims really couldn't care less for such innovative ideas of others.  Muslims only expect to be allowed to follow the dress code of their choice.  But even that the innovators haven't been able to give .. and they call it the "free" West!

Well, does everyone see that?!  The West is no stranger to headcovering.  Then why all this whining and moaning when they see hijabed Muslim women in the streets of USA and Europe?  It's nothing unusual anylonger for Muslim women with hijabs to suddenly feel a tug behind their head and to turn around and see that some savage is trying to pull off their hijabs.  In the yester years, would the ancestors of these savages even dream of doing such things to these women shown in the photos above?  No way!  Their buttocks would be branded with the variety of European punishments that existed in their society.  Westerners should keep their innovations to themselves and not force others to like their choices.  Their choices are usually far from being the best.

Good job sister Heba!

Thankx for finding it useful, sister Rose.  Yes, as u can see, covering the head was tremendously important for them for many, many years.  And u r right, self-centerism is the biggest problem in modern west.  The moment they start liking something, they expect everyone to like it.  Anyone who refuses to join them becomes a "terrorist."

Look at this.   Came across this art at Pinterest and thought to putting it up here.  It's a painting by Russian artist Nikolai Bogdanov-Belski (1868 – 1945).  Until early 1900s most Russian girls and women covered their hair exactly like the Islamic hijab.  Yet today Russia is one of the most belligerent nations toward Islamic culture and Muslim women's dress code.

We're presently residing in a world that's so self-contradictory, they're completely rolling over the concepts of truth and justice.

Yes, exactly.    And as soon as they discard a practice, they expect us to discard it too.
