Here's a 90-minutes video on George W. Bush.  By the time you're through, you get an idea how presumptive, crazy, untruthful, crooked and religiousy extreme (evangelical fundamentalist) the man is -- not to mention, a total failure in life until he won the 2000 elections by ballot box rigging.  And then of course, by the 'courtesy' of his family friends, the bin Ladens, Bush suddenly gained popularity as the President after 9/11.  No wonder he always thought of 9/11 as a blessing for himself.

At one point in this documentary, when there comes the story of the war in Afghanistan soon after 9/11, the no.2 of AQ, Al-Zahwahiri was targetted but he got away, instead the Americans ended up killing someone else.  One of the persons mistakenly killed was thought to be Al-Zawahiri.  The Americans cut off his head, put it in a wooden box and brought it to the White House to show to Bush as a proof that Zawahiri was killed.  This was done on Bush's orders.  He specifically commanded to behead Zawahiri after killing him and bringing his head over to him.  However, a few days after bringing the unknown person's head to America (thinking it to be that of Zawahiri), Zawahiri appeared in a video taped message and that's when the bigwigs at the White House realized that the man intended to be killed was still alive.

My point here, and what surprises me, is the brutality of gestures.  Such orders from heads of states were given during war in the very very ancient and medieval eras when the commander-in-chief of an army had to cut of the head of their cheif opponent and bring it before the throne to the king.
