It's worse than a prison .. it's a concentration camp.  Children as young as 10 or 11 are having to care for their younger siblings ages 2, 3 and 4 becoz many have lost both parents.  It's a very, very, very tearful situation there.

Yet CIA claims in its flawed analysis that the rocket did not come from Israel.  But conveniently does not explain how Israel could have known 4 days earlier that a "misfired" rocket from IJ was coming.  Yet on the basis of this flawed & bias analysis of CIA, Biden is comforting Israel he believes Israel didn't do that war crimes bombing.

Salaams and hi all.  This is my kitchen-made moist coconut cake.  The sponge is 'custom made.'  I only fell back on Betty Crocker for the frosting  tonguesmile

Okay, here we go ..  BismAllah ....
 
 

This is a triple layered one. 
You can even just bake a single cake without layers if you
are using a substantially deep baking pan.
 

 
INGREDIENTS

8 tbsp oil
Half teaspoon coconut essence
1 cup castor sugar
2 eggs
Half cup shredded white coconut
1 and a half cups self-raising flour
Half cup whole milk

Betty Crocker white cake frosting, 1 can.  And a little shredded white coconut.
A drop or two of pink food color (optional).

METHOD

Grease a deep round cake pan.  Mix oil, coconut essence and sugar in a bowl preferably with electric mixer until light and fluffy.  Beat in the eggs one at a time, until combined.  Add coconut and milk and mix till smooth.

Pour mixture into the greased baking cake pan. Bake at pre-heated 180°C for about 45 minutes.  Check after 20 minutes.  It might be ready before 45 minutes.  Depends on the oven.  Remove from oven and cool on a rack.  Top with white frosting when cake turns very cool.  Then sprinkle with shredded coconut.  If you like, you can mix a drop or two of pink food color with the frosting before applying it over and along the sides of the cake.
