November 01, 2023, 03:38:26 pm Zainab_M: Keep praying, praying a lot for Gaza. It's worse than a prison .. it's a concentration camp.  Children as young as 10 or 11 are having to care for their younger siblings ages 2, 3 and 4 becoz many have lost both parents.  It's a very, very, very tearful situation there.

October 20, 2023, 04:24:44 pm Zainab_M: Right sister Heba.  Gaza hospital bombing has the fingerprints of Israel all over it.  For Israel this is no big crime.  They have done this and much worse many times in the past and intend to do the same and worse many more times in near future.
October 20, 2023, 04:20:20 pm Heba E. Husseyn: Catching Zionist lies isn't hard. Soon after Gaza hospital bombing killing and maiming hundreds, Israel was quick to accuse Islamic Jihad of a misfired rocket.  That didn't sound plausible because IJ does not have such sophisticated bombing devices.  Zionist lie was fully exposed when anglican archbishop of Jerusalem,Hosam Naoum,  said today that 3 or 4 days prior to boming Israel had warned Gaza hospital to evacuate. Yet CIA claims in its flawed analysis that the rocket did not come from Israel.  But conveniently does not explain how Israel could have known 4 days earlier that a "misfired" rocket from IJ was coming.  Yet on the basis of this flawed & bias analysis of CIA, Biden is comforting Israel he believes Israel didn't do that war crimes bombing.

Parliamentary elections in Egypt are due to be held on Nov.28, 2010.   Though polls in that country are the biggest farce after Pharoah Hosni's establishment of his evil kingdom, the young middle-class Egyptians are striving for a change to kick out the vile Egyptian "royals."  It's a dangerous venture, and a long and slow one.  But lets keep praying to Allah that the efforts of these dedicated young girls & boys will eventually lead to the beginning of the end of the pharoah's rule in that country.

This is very heartening to watch.  These people are really brave.  If anyone knew how the ruthless Egyptian police treat the demonstrators (even peaceful ones), one would salute these campaigners.  The mobile phone footage shows police beating a few of them.  That's downplaying the reality.  It's usually much, much worse.  Majority of the protesters never come out alive.  May Allah Almighty accept their efforts and grant them Paradise.  And yes, keep praying that such campaigns become more widespread with time and eventually the pharoah and the prince are forced to flee, leaving behind their pants.

Btw, it's not just that the pharoah's rule is hateful to the people because he is a butt-licker of America.  He is also one of the biggest thieves in the world.  He has stolen so much money that Egypt is almost left with nothing.  Inflation has spiked to the extent that the common people in Egypt have to give up eating red meat.  Most restaurants have been forced to stop preparing meat dishes.  It's become too costly.  Beef is selling in Egypt at $10 a kg., a country where the average income of the majority is hardly $5,000 a year!

Pharoah Hosni, queen Suzanne, prince Gamal and princess Kidji are enjoying their delicious menus with plenty of kebabs, al-qabsa and bar-b-qs.  They might as well have their fill because in the near future when they begin rotting in Hellfire, their only food will be the thorns of the tree of زقوم (Zaqqum).

This is much too disgraceful.  beef, which is usually the cheapest of all red meats, costing $10/kg in a country where the per capita income is $5,000.  And rising 25% in just one month?!!!!!  But what's the reason for an important commodity like beef to become so expensive that the wholesalers and retailers have to cut down on their selling portions of it?

Yes, I too sincerely pray that these young campaigners eventually succeed.  No doubt it's a very tough job considering the iron grip with which this pharoah and his son are ruling.

Egyptian inflation is making a lot of news in media circles like al-jazeera etc.  People think, and they're right, the govt is the main culprit.  It has failed miserably to create a long-term plan to maintain adequate supplies of local beef. That's because it's busy making money for itself.   And the income of an average person in Egypt is even less than $5,000 .. much less.  An average poor person earns $2 per day in Egypt.  Their average annual income is barely $800.  I don't know how these poor people survive with their families.  In America even welfare would probably pay more to an employed individual per month.  In any case, I read in a recent report that in Egypt the poor people haven't been able to afford meat since a long, long time.  With this sudden spike in prices, it's hard even for the rich and much harder for the middle-class.  I also read that beef price is now US$12 and rising.  That's more than in Canada where the average annual income is CA$40,000.  Nowadays Canadian and US $$ are almost equal.

OMG!  and Egypt is one of those places where the gulf between the minority rich and majority poor/middle-class is really huge.  If u go thru the comments by the rich on Mubarak and his son in places like Facebook or Twitter, they are all for him.  But the silent majority aren't allowed to speak and are too scared to speak because they all hate the Mubarak family.  And they have a right to.  In a country where the majority earn just a few hundreds of dollars a year, this bugger Gamal buys an engagement ring costing $10,000 for his whorey looking wife.

Thankx for correcting me on that sister zeynab.  It's still more shocking than I thought.  a country where the majority earn less than $1,000 a year, the pharoah's son spends $10,000 on his fiancee's engagement ring!!!!!!!  most egyptians can't save that much in a lifetime.  and I can well imagine how much tax payers' money the pharoah's family must have stolen for the wedding.
