November 01, 2023, 03:38:26 pm Zainab_M: Keep praying, praying a lot for Gaza. It's worse than a prison .. it's a concentration camp.  Children as young as 10 or 11 are having to care for their younger siblings ages 2, 3 and 4 becoz many have lost both parents.  It's a very, very, very tearful situation there.

October 20, 2023, 04:24:44 pm Zainab_M: Right sister Heba.  Gaza hospital bombing has the fingerprints of Israel all over it.  For Israel this is no big crime.  They have done this and much worse many times in the past and intend to do the same and worse many more times in near future.
October 20, 2023, 04:20:20 pm Heba E. Husseyn: Catching Zionist lies isn't hard. Soon after Gaza hospital bombing killing and maiming hundreds, Israel was quick to accuse Islamic Jihad of a misfired rocket.  That didn't sound plausible because IJ does not have such sophisticated bombing devices.  Zionist lie was fully exposed when anglican archbishop of Jerusalem,Hosam Naoum,  said today that 3 or 4 days prior to boming Israel had warned Gaza hospital to evacuate. Yet CIA claims in its flawed analysis that the rocket did not come from Israel.  But conveniently does not explain how Israel could have known 4 days earlier that a "misfired" rocket from IJ was coming.  Yet on the basis of this flawed & bias analysis of CIA, Biden is comforting Israel he believes Israel didn't do that war crimes bombing.

This is a good read, worth sharing.

By Sheikh Shady Al-suleiman, Sydney, Australia

All Praise be to Allah, and Peace and blessings be upon our beloved prophet Mohammad (SAW).

The recent up rises in Tunisia and in Egypt and the strong firm stance of our Muslim brothers and sisters in those two Muslim countries and those who stood and supported them, shows the strong will of Allah (SWT) when he said;

“Such is the Seizure of your Lord when He seizes the (population of) towns while they are doing wrong. Verily, His Seizure is painful, (and) severe” (11;102).

People and societies disagree on many things, but one thing where we are all in agreement is the importance of justice and liberty. Justice and liberty are two main aspects required for every society to develop and succeed. They allow people to move forward and prosper, be happy and express it and also allow people to practice what they want and love most, especially religion. For that reason those two important aspects in life have, and always will be, a threat for every tyrant and an unjust ruler. History has shown that whenever there is a tyrant and unjust ruler the first thing they do is eliminate those two aspects from people in order for them to maintain their chair and position. However, the amazing thing about justice and liberty is that no matter what someone might do to eliminate them they will only be temporarily eliminated. They will always come back and come back stronger and permanently eliminate those tyrants. As they say “when they fall, they fall hard”. This is exactly what we saw take place in Egypt recently and before Egypt, in Tunisia and before Tunisia many others including the Pharaoh when he said “I’m your only lord” but Allah’s reply comes back after he drowned;

 “So this day We shall deliver your (dead) body (out from the sea) that you may be a sign to those who come after you! And verily, many among mankind are heedless of Our Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs , revelations, etc.) (10; 92)”.

Oppression and tyranny will never last, as any state established on injustice will only last an hour and any state that’s established on justice will last till the day of the hour. The scholars say “Allah will give victory to a non Muslim state if it was just, and Allah will not give victory to a Muslim state if it’s not just”.

Justice is an important aspect in life and a precious principle for every human being. Nations sacrifice their lives to achieve justice as evidently many young men and women gave their lives for the sake of the recent changes that took place in Tunisia and Egypt. Many Muslim nations, especially in this time and era, face injustice and oppression waiting for some hope to be liberated from it. Now, many see that hope is imminent and feel it close especially, after the uprising in two Muslim and Arab nations with success to overthrow tyrant regimes that ruled for many decades, and the true hope in Allah when He says:

“Consider not that Allâh is unaware of that which the Zâliműn (oppressors) do, but He gives them respite up to a Day when the eyes will stare in horror. (42) (They will be) hastening forward with necks outstretched, their heads raised up (towards the sky), their gaze returning not towards them and their hearts empty (from thinking because of extreme fear)." (14; 43)

Every Muslim who belongs to this great nation should share and feel the same feelings that the Tunisians and Egyptians are feeling, as this great victory is not only for the Tunisians or the Egyptians but, it’s for every Muslim who believes in Allah and the Messenger of Allah. It’s not a victory over a particular person or regime, but it’s a victory of truth over falsehood, its victory of justice over oppression, its victory of freedom over no freedom.

This nation is united by its faith not by its nationalities, this nation is united by its book the Quran not by its race, and this nation is united by Islam and its principles not by its regions.

A Muslim is a Muslim who feels happy when other Muslims are happy regardless who they are and feel sad when other Muslims are sad regardless where they come from. If one Muslim is suffering then the entire Ummah should feel the suffering for that Muslim, and if one Muslim is in pain then the entire Ummah should feel the pain of that Muslim.

These are times of joy and happiness for the Muslims in Tunisia and Egypt and they are days of joy and happiness for every Muslim in the east and the west. At the same time these days are still days of hardships for many other Muslims living under tyrant and unjust regimes around the world and they are days of hardships for every Muslim. It’s a duty upon every Muslim to sympathize and at least make Duaa and have the worry and concern for them. This is what really makes this nation be the best of nations as Allah says;

 “You were the best of nations to come out to people” (92;110).

We ask Allah (SWT) the One that gave victory in Tunisia and Egypt to give Muslims victory all around the world.

Very good piece.  It's very nice to see the aspect of nationalism based on Faith being highlighted instead of national on the basis of geographical boundaries which many unthinking Muslims still adhere to .. unfortunately.
