November 01, 2023, 03:43:43 pm Ruhi_Rose: Yes .. making lots of dua everyday ..... watching those real life video clips, my face feels wet with tears all the time.  May ALLAH grant the best to these wonderful, brave & steadfast martyrs,  Ameen ya Allah.
November 01, 2023, 03:38:26 pm Zainab_M: Keep praying, praying a lot for Gaza. It's worse than a prison .. it's a concentration camp.  Children as young as 10 or 11 are having to care for their younger siblings ages 2, 3 and 4 becoz many have lost both parents.  It's a very, very, very tearful situation there.

October 20, 2023, 04:24:44 pm Zainab_M: Right sister Heba.  Gaza hospital bombing has the fingerprints of Israel all over it.  For Israel this is no big crime.  They have done this and much worse many times in the past and intend to do the same and worse many more times in near future.
October 20, 2023, 04:20:20 pm Heba E. Husseyn: Catching Zionist lies isn't hard. Soon after Gaza hospital bombing killing and maiming hundreds, Israel was quick to accuse Islamic Jihad of a misfired rocket.  That didn't sound plausible because IJ does not have such sophisticated bombing devices.  Zionist lie was fully exposed when anglican archbishop of Jerusalem,Hosam Naoum,  said today that 3 or 4 days prior to boming Israel had warned Gaza hospital to evacuate. Yet CIA claims in its flawed analysis that the rocket did not come from Israel.  But conveniently does not explain how Israel could have known 4 days earlier that a "misfired" rocket from IJ was coming.  Yet on the basis of this flawed & bias analysis of CIA, Biden is comforting Israel he believes Israel didn't do that war crimes bombing.
July 29, 2023, 03:02:07 am Zainab_M: Yesterday was Ashura, Muharram 10, 1444 (July 27, 2023).  Read about this very tragic day and details of the world's greatest 7th century revolutionary: WHO WAS HUSSEIN.
June 28, 2023, 09:48:39 am Zainab_M: Walaikum As Salaam.  This was the first Hajj open to all after the pandemic. It was attended by 2.6 million Muslims.

BismEm

This is a very important issue which most people (even among many Muslims) just cannot get it into their heads.   Eventually there will be a huge difference between righteous practical deeds done by a believer or by a disbeliever.

Righteous practical deeds or ethical deeds would include charity, kindness, honesty, helping the needy, loving family and friends, etc.  These are virtuous acts which can be practiced either by a person who believes in Allah or by someone who does not believe in Allah (which would include a polytheist, atheist, agnostic or a secularist).   A person who firmly believes in Allah and performs these righteous deeds with the thought of Allah, thinking of the consequences in the Hereafter will reap the fruits of their ethical labor.  But a person who does not believe in Allah (The One and Only) and does good practical deeds on the basis of their secular values, with no thoughts of loving and pleasing Allah and neither being interested in Salvation nor afraid of Retribution on the Day of Judgment, will NOT reap the fruits of their good deeds in the Hereafter.  Their good deeds, successes and achievements might benefit them in this world temporarily but will be rendered futile in the Hereafter on account of their disbelief.

Thus, belief in Allah Almighty, The One and Only, is the first step towards Salvation in the Hereafter.  And of course, doing good deeds is obligatory along with belief in Allah because belief in Allah automatically brings with itself a complete code of righteous conduct with steadfastness and heightening the conscience.  This code of conduct will strengthen, remain constant and benefit a soul only if it is supported by the concept of Faith in Allah Almighty, The One and Only.

Please read the following six Verses of the Noble Quran which plainly confirm that disbelief renders all of one's actions useless in the Hereafter.

"Those who deny Our revelations and the meeting of the Hereafter, their works are fruitless.  Are they requited aught save what they used to do ?"  (7:147) Surah Al-Araf

"Those who disbelieve and turn (men) from the way of Allah, He renders their actions vain."  (47:1)  Surah Muhammad

"And those who disbelieve, perdition is for them, and He will make their actions vain.  That is because they are averse to that which Allah has revealed, therefor makes He their actions fruitless."  (47:8-9)  Surah Muhammad

"Then how (will it be with them) when the angels gather them, smiting their faces and their backs!  That will be because they followed that which angers Allah, and hated that which pleases Him. Therefor He has made their actions vain."   (47:27-28)  Surah Muhammad

"Indeed! those who disbelieve and turn from the way of Allah and oppose the messenger after the guidance has been manifested unto them, they hurt Allah not a jot, and He will make their actions fruitless.  O you who believe!  Obey Allah and obey the messenger, and render not your actions vain."  (47:32-33)  Surah Muhammad

"Whoso denies the faith, his work is vain and he will be among the losers in the Hereafter."   (5:5)  Surah Al-Maidah

As you keep reading the Noble Quran, chapter by chapter, you will find several more verses confirming this aspect.

This must not lead to the misunderstanding that as long as a person believes in Allah, right conduct can be ignored.  Not at all!  If a person claims to believe in Allah but does not bother to follow the code of righteous conduct that comes with it, has left his duty toward Allah incomplete.  A very important Divine Commandment to humans not to weaken or obscure their belief by doing wrong deeds is highlighted in the following Verse.

"Those who believe and obscure not their belief by wrongdoing, theirs is safety; and they are rightly guided."  (6:82) Surah Al-Anam

Thus, if you are a regular reader of the Noble Quran, you will observe that to 'believe' and to 'do right deeds' are always paired together.

However, it must be remembered that those who are surely not entitled to forgiveness are only the ones who die as disbelievers, regardless of however many good practical deeds they may have done in their earthly lives.   All other sins and mistakes can be forgiven in the Hereafter (if Allah wills), except disbelief in Allah, The One and Only.   Disbelief includes shirk and kufr.
