The term "emit" in Surah Al-Waqiah

We created you. Will ye then admit the truth ?  Have ye seen that which ye emit ?  Do ye create it or are We the Creator ?  (56:57-59) Surah Al-Waqiah.

In the above verses, the term "emit" according to tafsir writers refers to human procreation, that is, the human or male sperm.  Do you think that's a correct interpretation?

You're right.  The tafsir writers take it as meaning human sperm.  The preceding Verse 56:57 asserts and confirms that Allah is our Creator.   Because V.56:57 confirms that Allah created humans, so the tafsir writers interpret V.56:58 as the physical root through which the human life springs up and of course Allah has created this system. 
 
However, the fact is that Allah has created not just the human sperm but everything that's involved in running the human system.   All emissions from the body are a part of the physical human system which, apart from sperm, can also include feces, urine, vomit, menstruation, saliva and maybe few more natural phenomena.  All such phenomena by the body emit fluids of some sort or the other.  And all of these fluids are created by Allah who makes the human system run its course. 
 
Therefore I would say that the term "emit" includes the emission of the human or male sperm, but it's not the only thing being referred to.  It would be more appropriate to include all body emissions.
