November 01, 2023, 03:43:43 pm Ruhi_Rose: Yes .. making lots of dua everyday ..... watching those real life video clips, my face feels wet with tears all the time.  May ALLAH grant the best to these wonderful, brave & steadfast martyrs,  Ameen ya Allah.
November 01, 2023, 03:38:26 pm Zainab_M: Keep praying, praying a lot for Gaza. It's worse than a prison .. it's a concentration camp.  Children as young as 10 or 11 are having to care for their younger siblings ages 2, 3 and 4 becoz many have lost both parents.  It's a very, very, very tearful situation there.

October 20, 2023, 04:24:44 pm Zainab_M: Right sister Heba.  Gaza hospital bombing has the fingerprints of Israel all over it.  For Israel this is no big crime.  They have done this and much worse many times in the past and intend to do the same and worse many more times in near future.
October 20, 2023, 04:20:20 pm Heba E. Husseyn: Catching Zionist lies isn't hard. Soon after Gaza hospital bombing killing and maiming hundreds, Israel was quick to accuse Islamic Jihad of a misfired rocket.  That didn't sound plausible because IJ does not have such sophisticated bombing devices.  Zionist lie was fully exposed when anglican archbishop of Jerusalem,Hosam Naoum,  said today that 3 or 4 days prior to boming Israel had warned Gaza hospital to evacuate. Yet CIA claims in its flawed analysis that the rocket did not come from Israel.  But conveniently does not explain how Israel could have known 4 days earlier that a "misfired" rocket from IJ was coming.  Yet on the basis of this flawed & bias analysis of CIA, Biden is comforting Israel he believes Israel didn't do that war crimes bombing.
July 29, 2023, 03:02:07 am Zainab_M: Yesterday was Ashura, Muharram 10, 1444 (July 27, 2023).  Read about this very tragic day and details of the world's greatest 7th century revolutionary: WHO WAS HUSSEIN.
June 28, 2023, 09:48:39 am Zainab_M: Walaikum As Salaam.  This was the first Hajj open to all after the pandemic. It was attended by 2.6 million Muslims.

It is a gross misconception that simply prayers and supplication as a ritual without the support of good conduct and effort for reforms are enough for progress.

Their du'a always goes on the same pattern "give strength to the Ummah to deal with the injustice thrown upon them."   And then everyone will say "ameen, ameen" in a chorus, as if that's enough to acquire Allah's help.  They will make no efforts to give up corruption and treachery, no efforts to give up the falsehood they are following and return to the Quran and no efforts to seek the Truth, yet they will keep supplicating like robots.  Salaat for them is nothing beyond a physical workout.  The moment the salaat and supplications are over, they walk out of their place of worship, chatting and oblivious.  They neither find the time nor the desire to reflect on a single Surah they recite in their salaat nor do they ever contemplate on the conditions necessary for their supplications to be accepted by Allah.

A similar du'a was recently made very heedlessly for the Ummah by someone I know.  But I told them that  the Ummah first needs to improve itself and realize the awfulness of being corrupt, treacherous and lazy. Allah guides only those who seek His guidance. Most people within the Ummah have forgotten the importance of reaching out to Allah for wisdom.  The response of one lazy person was "let us not be judgmental, just say Insha Allah and make Dua for the Ummah."

"Judgmental" is one of those few expressions that has been misconstrued even more than the word "terrorism."   It would be more appropriate to say 'let's not be apathetic'.  Saying "InshAllah" but continuing to be treacherous & corrupt and yet convinced of one's infallibility will make one's dua futile. Allah's blessings aren't for free distribution to anyone or everyone. They do not come on a silver platter for all alike.  They come only for those who are spiritually & practically conscientious, who have truly worked for it. When I mentioned the importance of reading, understanding and following the Glorious Quran, the lazy Wahabi  replied to conceal his guilt: "Again don't be the Judge, read the Quran.  The Worst amongst the Ummah can become the best amongst the Ummah.  I'm sure you understand the power of dua.  Say Ameen or is it too much to ask?"

And when they say "read the Quran" they mean 'obey the jurists who seldom follow the Quran.'

I know misguidance is a disease of the heart but our Ummah doesn't need to go as berserk as this. What a way to select to comfort one's own lethargy!   If only these folks really studied the Quran, how much it would help to awaken them.   They seem to have no qualms ravaging their own credibility with insinuations for which Allah has given them NO warrant. They don't even harbor any remorse going to the extent of dismissing the words of Allah and portraying Him as unjust, as if Allah will treat the wicked the same way as He treats the righteous. - Nauzbillah & AstaghfarAllah!  Allah has conveyed in Surah At-Tin (Verse 5) that the human mind has tremendous capacity to sink. Our Ummah who have abandoned the Quran have proven it. How complacently they make light of the very important concept of Divine Justice.

This is Islam. We don't take orders from shaikhs, priests and imams, "ulemas" and their disciples. We only take our orders from Allah. Yes, the worst can become the best but they can only get the credit for it when they actually acquire that goal. There are no short cuts with Allah. And for that reason, instead of just saying "ameen ameen" like a parrot, we first need to implore Allah to grant the Ummah the desire to become the best. Or do they think that Allah will make them the best while they are content being the worst?  Maybe they do. With their kind of twisted perception acquired from the schools of al-Shafi, al-Malki etc. and the enormously discrepant Hadith institution, I put nothing past them.

Lost in their sweeping ignorance, they couldn't care less about the Quranic injunction of 'al-amr bi al-maʿruf wa al-nahy ʿan al-munkar,' a doctrine confirmed in the Noble Quran.

"And there may spring from you a nation who invite to goodness, and enjoin right conduct and forbid indecency. Such are they who are successful." (3:104) Noble Quran.

Simple as it is, it's too difficult for them to grasp. According to them this would be  "judgmental" and instead we only need to keep saying "ameen" for the worst to become the best.

If refusing to become a party to their un-Quranic ideology makes me 'judgmental' .. then yes, Alhumdulilah, I'm proud to be very, very "judgmental."

"Shall We treat those who believe and do good works as those who spread corruption in the earth; or shall We treat the pious as the wicked?" (38:28) Noble Quran.

"Or do those who commit ill-deeds suppose that We shall make them as those who believe and do good works, the same in life and death ? Bad is their judgment!" (45:21) Noble Quran

Bad is your judgment of many of our brethren.

Hahaha ,, very well written sis.  You are right.  I don't know what's wrong with the Ummah.   They think that just by saying they believe makes them perfect and after that they can go about committing all sorts of wrong doings, it won't matter.  Limit of ignorance.  Your response was fabulous.  You proved everything you said with references from the Quran.  It was a pleasure reading this.

I applaud the honesty with which you've written this post sister Zeynab.    So many folks know this is precisely the problem with our Ummah, yet they're too hesitant to acknowledge .... either on account of sheer laziness or their unconditional loyalty to our jurists who are too full of big talk and no action.

The damn Hadith-fatwa culture is the hotbed of judgementalists who have the audacity to judge truth and then turn it into a gossipy tale with their own tongues.  Such folks never ever appreciate the works of the seekers of truth who utilize the Quran as the Criterion to catch their lies.   Of course heaps of injustice  has been dumped on Muslims around the world, and a lot of that injustice comes to them because of the treachery of their leaders whose policies our mainstream Muslim jurists officially support.

How can the blessings of Allah Almighty be acquired by people who simply recite duas, but never endeavor to make themselves worthy of the supplication they are making?

"Do the people think that they will be left to say, "We believe" and they will not be tried?   But We have certainly tried those before them, and Allah will surely make evident those who are truthful, and He will surely make evident the liars."  (29:2-3)  Al-Ankabut, Noble Quran.

Thanks brother and sister.   Very candidly stated too.   Verses 29:2-3 speak volume about people who take the Bounty of Allah for granted.

May Allah Almighty bless the sincerely intelligent minds who make efforts to make their wisdom grow with the help of His guidance.   Ameen ya Rab.  Please give us strength through the strongest of Faith in You to overcome our struggles.
