It's worse than a prison .. it's a concentration camp.  Children as young as 10 or 11 are having to care for their younger siblings ages 2, 3 and 4 becoz many have lost both parents.  It's a very, very, very tearful situation there.

Yet CIA claims in its flawed analysis that the rocket did not come from Israel.  But conveniently does not explain how Israel could have known 4 days earlier that a "misfired" rocket from IJ was coming.  Yet on the basis of this flawed & bias analysis of CIA, Biden is comforting Israel he believes Israel didn't do that war crimes bombing.

A weight watchers' delight ..

Want to slim down?  The only time-tested plan is to restrict your intake of fat and carbohydrate.  Although the market is bursting with food packets claiming to be slimmers' choice, they are either a hoax or too expensive.  Here is a recipe which is inexpensive and easy to make at home.

It's my own discovery .. so I don't have any pictures at the moment  soryemt ..  teethsmile  But the dish is great!

Ingredients:

4 chicken breasts, boneless
1 tsp salt and pepper
14 oz can tomatoes
1 onion peeled and thinly sliced into rings
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaf
half tsp oregano
half tsp celery seed
1 clove garlic
Dash of paprika


Method:

Place the chicken breasts cut into medium pieces in a deep baking dish and sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.  Drain the tomatoes, reserving 3 tbsp.  Arrange tomatoes and onions over the chicken.  Sprinkle with parsley, oregano and celery seed.  Mix the reserve liquid, garlic and pour over chicken.  Cover and bake in a moderate temperature for over 1 hour.  Uncover and bake for 10 more minutes.

My sister 'stole' this recipe from this board and tried it the other day - on my advise of course  Grin  It's truly super!  was hard to believe that it was made without a drop of oil.   Thanks for the great idea.
