November 01, 2023, 03:43:43 pm Ruhi_Rose: Yes .. making lots of dua everyday ..... watching those real life video clips, my face feels wet with tears all the time.  May ALLAH grant the best to these wonderful, brave & steadfast martyrs,  Ameen ya Allah.
November 01, 2023, 03:38:26 pm Zainab_M: Keep praying, praying a lot for Gaza. It's worse than a prison .. it's a concentration camp.  Children as young as 10 or 11 are having to care for their younger siblings ages 2, 3 and 4 becoz many have lost both parents.  It's a very, very, very tearful situation there.

October 20, 2023, 04:24:44 pm Zainab_M: Right sister Heba.  Gaza hospital bombing has the fingerprints of Israel all over it.  For Israel this is no big crime.  They have done this and much worse many times in the past and intend to do the same and worse many more times in near future.
October 20, 2023, 04:20:20 pm Heba E. Husseyn: Catching Zionist lies isn't hard. Soon after Gaza hospital bombing killing and maiming hundreds, Israel was quick to accuse Islamic Jihad of a misfired rocket.  That didn't sound plausible because IJ does not have such sophisticated bombing devices.  Zionist lie was fully exposed when anglican archbishop of Jerusalem,Hosam Naoum,  said today that 3 or 4 days prior to boming Israel had warned Gaza hospital to evacuate. Yet CIA claims in its flawed analysis that the rocket did not come from Israel.  But conveniently does not explain how Israel could have known 4 days earlier that a "misfired" rocket from IJ was coming.  Yet on the basis of this flawed & bias analysis of CIA, Biden is comforting Israel he believes Israel didn't do that war crimes bombing.
July 29, 2023, 03:02:07 am Zainab_M: Yesterday was Ashura, Muharram 10, 1444 (July 27, 2023).  Read about this very tragic day and details of the world's greatest 7th century revolutionary: WHO WAS HUSSEIN.
June 28, 2023, 09:48:39 am Zainab_M: Walaikum As Salaam.  This was the first Hajj open to all after the pandemic. It was attended by 2.6 million Muslims.

The percentage of Shiia Muslims in Pakistan is approximately 25%.  But in terms of numbers, Pakistan is the second largest Shiia country in the world, after Iran.  There are over 50 million Shiias in Pakistan and yet Pakistan is a country that's officially known to be the most difficult place for Shiias to live in.

The problem of sectarianism began in the early 1980s.  It started at a political level by militant Sunni parties.  It then began being aggravated by the firebrand rhetorical fatwas of Sunni clerics.  Clandestine funding to Sunni militant groups by Saudi Arabia and the Indian intelligentsia has only ignited a rapid deterioration resulting in deep divisions between the Sunnis and Shiias of Pakistan.   Presently, more than 30 years down the road, hatred between Sunnis and Shiias has spread beyond the limits of militant political parties into the community itself.

The mentality isn't just weird.  It has now reached a precarious point.  Sunnis would rather express a spirit of solidarity with non-Muslims within and outside Pakistan, but proudly deepen the divide between themselves and their Shiia brethren.

Pakistani youth with fractured ideas of Westernization often reiterate the importance of "tolerance" towards the non-Muslim minority of their country but are plainly dismissive of the systematic sectarian slaughter of Pakistani Shiias.
The blasphemy law that was introduced back in the 1980s carries the death penalty in Pakistan.  Since the past three decades several members of the minority Christian community have been accused of blasphemy.  But to date not a single Christian has been given the death sentence for blasphemy.  Contrary to that, the number of Shiias murdered in cold blood through sectarian violence since the last three decades have been in the thousands!  Yet the Pak elites are more focused on eradicating the blasphemy law rather than sectarian violence.

Complacency over Sunni extremism also serves as a tool for the government and politicians of Pakistan.  This is one of the prime reasons why the scourge of sectarianism has never been curbed.

The situation, replete with despondency and helplessness, is wrecking an already shattered country faster than ever.

The state has failed ,sectarian killing is complete failure from pakistani government .people wanted them to fight each other in the name of religion and sects. and Shia killings is  BIG shame whatever is the reason Islam not saying to kill innocent people. Religion is matter between Allah and man and Allah will decide who is right or wrong as muslim state pakistan very badly failed in all aspects whether it's justice ,religious,or political.

Lo! Allah hath bought from the believers their lives and their wealth because the Garden will be theirs: they shall fight in the way of Allah and shall slay and be slain. It is a promise which is binding on Him in the Torah and the Gospel and the Qur'an. Who fulfilleth His covenant better than Allah? Rejoice then in your bargain that ye have made, for that is the supreme triumph.9:111

Very truthfully put by sisters Zeynab and Muslima.   Non-stop escalation of sectarian violence has undoubtedly rendered Pakistan a failed state.  Even the political corruption hasn't harmed the country as much as the concept of Sunnis murdering Shiias being taken so complacently.  Furthermore, I really agree with that very accurate point you brought sister Zeynab.  The 30-year-old blashphemy law that's created such a ruckus among the Pak elites and the Westerners hasn't actually sentenced to death a single christian as yet. But sectarianism has killed more than 20,000 Shiias in the past 30 years.  So, there shouldn't be any furor over the blasphemy law as long as sectarian killings against Shiias continue in Pakistan unabated.
