It's worse than a prison .. it's a concentration camp.  Children as young as 10 or 11 are having to care for their younger siblings ages 2, 3 and 4 becoz many have lost both parents.  It's a very, very, very tearful situation there.

October 20, 2023, 04:24:44 pm Zainab_M: Right sister Heba.  Gaza hospital bombing has the fingerprints of Israel all over it.  For Israel this is no big crime.  They have done this and much worse many times in the past and intend to do the same and worse many more times in near future.
October 20, 2023, 04:20:20 pm Heba E. Husseyn: Catching Zionist lies isn't hard. Soon after Gaza hospital bombing killing and maiming hundreds, Israel was quick to accuse Islamic Jihad of a misfired rocket.  That didn't sound plausible because IJ does not have such sophisticated bombing devices.  Zionist lie was fully exposed when anglican archbishop of Jerusalem,Hosam Naoum,  said today that 3 or 4 days prior to boming Israel had warned Gaza hospital to evacuate. Yet CIA claims in its flawed analysis that the rocket did not come from Israel.  But conveniently does not explain how Israel could have known 4 days earlier that a "misfired" rocket from IJ was coming.  Yet on the basis of this flawed & bias analysis of CIA, Biden is comforting Israel he believes Israel didn't do that war crimes bombing.

BismEm

"And verily We have beautified the world's heaven with lamps, and We have made them missiles for the devils, and for them We have prepared the doom of flame."  (67:5) Surah Al-Mulk.

As-Salam Alaykum.  As explained by Pickthall in his brief commentary, in this Verse the allusion is to soothsayers and astrologers who saw the source of good and evil in the stars.

"missiles for the devils" is most likely a reference to the punishment of soothsayers and astrologers for their disbelief.

Believing in something such as astrology automatically renders one's faith in Allah Almighty as weak or none at all.  As Allah has stated in this Verse, stars are His creation with which He has beautified the heaven.  What good or harm an a star or stars do to anyone when Sovereignty and Power belongs wholly to Allah only?

The Verse that follows 67:5 states that those who disbelieve will be doomed in Hell.

"And for those who disbelieve in their Rab there is the doom of hell, a hapless journey's end!"  (67:6)  Surah Al-Mulk.

Again, most likely, it's the soothsayers and astrologers who are referred to as disbelievers in V.67:6.

Verses 67:5-6 together can certainly be taken as involvement in astrology being totally Haram.  It would also include all similar acts like readings of tarot cards, crystal ball, palmistry etc.  All these practices are complete nonsense with NO logical bearing on peoples' lives and one-hundred percent HARAM.  It gets still worse when soothsayers, astrologers and fortune tellers make this Haram act a source of earning money by fooling their clients.  They know nothing about the future.  They have only learned the trick of constructing loose and general comments .. like barnum statements and their stupid clients think they're telling the truth.  Both have a weak iman or no iman at all which is the cause why they participate in this Haram activity.

NONE except Allah Almighy knows the unseen.  Period.

For more information please check our earlier post where I had put the following question.  Most likely, verses in Surah Al-Hijr which I have quoted in that post refer to a seance-like practice carried out by soothsayers, fortune tellers, psychics and astrologers which is Haram.  These verses also clearly convey the information that all such practices are Haram.

"Does this Verse of Surah Al-Hijr condemn fortune telling & astrology?"

Walaikum As-Salaam.  Very useful post dear Sister Ruhi.  Unfortunately many who call themselves 'Muslims' see nothing wrong in this crazy thing called astrology.  Isn't that very regretful ?

"And (the Jinn who had listened to the Qur'an said): We had sought the heaven but had found it filled with strong warders and meteors."  72:8  Al-Jinn.

"And we used to sit on places (high) therein to listen. But he who listens now finds a flame in wait for him;"  72:9  Al-Jinn.

As explained by M. M. Pickthall, about the time of the Prophet's (pbuh) mission there were meteors and other strange appearances in the heavens.  In pre-Islamic times astrology was common and popular among the disbelievers.  The astrologers used to sit in high observatories at night to watch the celestial bodies.  But it was said that during the Prophet's (pbuh) call, these astrologers were literally frightened to sit in their observatories and all their calculations went wrong.   The above Verses from Surah Al-Jinn apparently refer to this interpretation.
