November 01, 2023, 03:43:43 pm Ruhi_Rose: Yes .. making lots of dua everyday ..... watching those real life video clips, my face feels wet with tears all the time.  May ALLAH grant the best to these wonderful, brave & steadfast martyrs,  Ameen ya Allah.
November 01, 2023, 03:38:26 pm Zainab_M: Keep praying, praying a lot for Gaza. It's worse than a prison .. it's a concentration camp.  Children as young as 10 or 11 are having to care for their younger siblings ages 2, 3 and 4 becoz many have lost both parents.  It's a very, very, very tearful situation there.

October 20, 2023, 04:24:44 pm Zainab_M: Right sister Heba.  Gaza hospital bombing has the fingerprints of Israel all over it.  For Israel this is no big crime.  They have done this and much worse many times in the past and intend to do the same and worse many more times in near future.
October 20, 2023, 04:20:20 pm Heba E. Husseyn: Catching Zionist lies isn't hard. Soon after Gaza hospital bombing killing and maiming hundreds, Israel was quick to accuse Islamic Jihad of a misfired rocket.  That didn't sound plausible because IJ does not have such sophisticated bombing devices.  Zionist lie was fully exposed when anglican archbishop of Jerusalem,Hosam Naoum,  said today that 3 or 4 days prior to boming Israel had warned Gaza hospital to evacuate. Yet CIA claims in its flawed analysis that the rocket did not come from Israel.  But conveniently does not explain how Israel could have known 4 days earlier that a "misfired" rocket from IJ was coming.  Yet on the basis of this flawed & bias analysis of CIA, Biden is comforting Israel he believes Israel didn't do that war crimes bombing.
July 29, 2023, 03:02:07 am Zainab_M: Yesterday was Ashura, Muharram 10, 1444 (July 27, 2023).  Read about this very tragic day and details of the world's greatest 7th century revolutionary: WHO WAS HUSSEIN.
June 28, 2023, 09:48:39 am Zainab_M: Walaikum As Salaam.  This was the first Hajj open to all after the pandemic. It was attended by 2.6 million Muslims.

Walaikum Salaam.  Mash'Allah sister Muslima, very comprehensively expressed with an extensive focus on Surah Furqan, V25:68.  I have no corrections to make.  I can only prolong the conversation a bit, elucidating further on the process of acquiring guidance and ensuring its stability.

You very rightly stated that Akhirah is not a thought or concept, it is the most significant Truth.  The Quran is not a Book of philosophy, it is the Book of Truth and therefore of the utmost practical importance.  If it's not being put into practice, it's being neglected.  If it's being misinterpreted, that amounts to violating the Quran.

It's hard to explain this to the misguided.  As Allah refers to them as the blind deaf and dumb ....  HE has also made it clear that He guides those who seek His guidance and the laggards are abandoned scrambling blindly in their contumacy, jest and sarcasm.  But all of their fun and jokes are assigned only a certain sum of days after which there will be endless tears and regrets yet too little, too late, and to no avail.

The very purpose of human life is a test of their faith and conduct.  Proof of Akhirah doesn't come to anyone on a silver platter. "Wait they for naught else than that Allah should come unto them in the shadows of the clouds with the angels ? Then the case would be already judged. All cases go back to Allah (for judgment)." (2:210).  We have to work hard with a modest approach and a contrite heart before the Truth starts to unfold itself.  Unveiling the proof of the existence of Allah and the Final Day of Judgement is a 'one-step-at-a-time' process which involves serious, selfless and impartial  soul searching, reflecting and thinking over the vast contents of the Quran and our lives.  That's when you either pass the test or fail it, depending upon how vivid or blurred the vision is.

The first flash of bright light that illuminates the hearts of those who are fortunate enough to be granted guidance from Allah (and He always guides the deserving and worthy), is the clear and logical concept of Tawheed (Monotheism) and subsequently the immediate acceptance of Surah At-Tawheed, Chapter 112 of the Noble Quran.

Only melodious recitation of the Quran without any focus upon its contents nor the intent of practical implementation is not at all enough in the Sight of Allah.  The fact that the Quran is a Book of Guidance and not a book of music or poems is imperative to understand and accept for achieving stability in guidance.

Taqwa or perseverance is a quality most helpful for a believer for passing their tests.  One of the prime reasons for failure in acquiring guidance is complete lack of perseverance or taqwa.   It's a virtue which is constantly required.  Even after the deserving ones find guidance, trials and tribulations don't cease in earthly world.  Thus, there is no time in life when a believer can do without perseverance.  "Do men imagine that they will be left (at ease) because they say, We believe, and will not be tested with affliction?" (29:2). At such times of tests, we cannot allow ourselves to be without patience and forbearance.  Loss of taqwa can result in a chain of confusion, opening the doors of misguidance.

Indeed Allah is most Forgiving.  But a true believer never takes advantage of Allah's mercy by repeatedly indulging in violations and repenting, taking forgiveness for granted.

In a nutshell, hard work, humility and patience in abundance is a must for a clear vision. One needs to toil for it, and it isn't easy.  Therefore, a sense of realism is just as indispensable.  "Seek help in patience and prayer; and truly it is hard save for the humble-minded," (2:45). Therefore that young kaffir who joined the discussion should be told that as long as he adopts this type of derisive, disparaging and challenging approach, he will keep shifting from one block of darkness to another.  With each shift, the darkness gets more intense.  Gradually with the passing years, the misguidance gets embedded more firmly within the person and more difficult to overcome.  Can anything be more tragic that?

Quoting you, '‘Ibad ur Rahman’ do not entangle themselves in arguments with idiots."   Absolutely!  Though I often find it difficult to ignore such idiots and end up arguing, we need to know that any discussions or arguments with them is a waste of time.  Allah's guidance never comes anywhere close to haughty or scornful minds. Being on a completely different wave length with a profoundly selfish approach, they will never grasp nor accept the status of the Quran as the Sole Criterion because the Quran forbids the sins they joyfully commit in life.  The thought of Akhirah and the Hereafter rattles them and makes them uncomfortable. Rejection of Akhirah and the Hereafter keeps their conscience stunted, makes them feel relaxed to carry on  their reprobate & wanton  acts without any barriers of a conscientious mind.  It's indeed a very serious and sad situation;  and as I stated earlier .. their fallacious self-assurances on the infallibility of their misguided ideas keep pushing them into greater darkness as a non-stop continuous process.  While few such folks might acquire guidance at some point in life, many more remain permanently in this pitiful condition until the time they reach old age and eventually  die in this miserable a state of kuffari - the ultimate loss !!  It scares me even to think of it.  May Allah protect every humble believer from such an awful fate.
