Turban Hijab

Salams and hi folks.  As people love to turn matters around, hearing and watching plenty lately about turban hijabs.  Many hijab / abaya outlets are making special hijabs that can be conveniently worn as headdress turban  style.  Maybe it isn't too big a deal.  But would like your opinion.

Well, yeah, considering the sort of things that are happening in this planet every day, wearing turban hijab is no violation in comparison.  Secondly it depends how one wears it.  I have quite a few very good friends who don't wear hijab but otherwise dress modestly and live a Halal life.  I say that's absolutely fine.  What I'm trying to say is .... if one decides to wear a hijab, it should be worn to fulfil its purpose otherwise it can lead to the misinterpretation of its ideology.  Thus those who are hankering after twisting its purpose, for them it's far better not to wear hijab at all.  They should simply wear respectable clothes without the hijab.  The world won't fall apart and they will be saved from their own hypocrisy.  Some sisters wear the turban hijab in a Halal way, wrapped around the head and covering ears and the neck is covered with a separate stretch of scarf.  But some don't care.  They tie it around the hair like adhering to a certain fashion so half the hair is visible.  More than half the ears are visible and neck is completely open, sometimes with plunging necklines.  Now tell me, if this isn't misinterpreting the concept of hijab then what is?

Very true sis.  I've observed much of what you said too.  I'm always of the opinion that if  any sister or brother decide upon innovations that are evidently far away from the origin of an idea they claim to follow, let them quit and go about in their names, not in the name of our Faith.  Using the name of Faith for the sake of justifying something which our Faith does not allow is playing fowl.  These folks forget, Allah is Watching and He Knows everyone's innermost intent; and He will question them.
