Very enjoyable and informative read.  Many thanks Br. TS and Sister Heba.  I never knew many of the contents you mentioned.  Name of Virgin Maryam's father, "Heli" ??   I wonder where they got that from?   And yes, that bit about Virgin Maryam's husband is incorrect.  The Quran makes it ample clear she did not have a husband, certainly not until the time Jesus (pbuh) was born.  Whether or not she married after his birth is only known to Allah and none else.  The Quran does not give any information on it. 

“And Jacob begat Joseph the husband of Mary, of whom was born Jesus, who is called Christ.” (16).

Btw, I have a question for these non-Muslim critics who keep falsely claiming Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) got confused between Virgin Maryam and Miriam,. 

Read that altered biblical narration above from Matthew, Chapter 1.  Can anyone sense something strange?

Now, as per well-known fact in the Quran (and perhaps the Christians & Jews have also retained this in their books), Jacob was the son of Isaac.  Isaac was the son of Abraham.  And Joseph was the son of Jacob, grandson of Isaac and great-grandson of Abrahim.  All of them came much before the era of Virgin Maryam, and certainly much before the birth of Prophet Jesus.  So, are the names Joseph and Jacob (son and father) as given to Virgin Maryam's husband and his father in the altered bibles same as the great-grandson and grandson of Prophet Abraham or are the two identical names of son & father a coincidence in the case of Virgin Maryam's so-called husband and father-in-law or was it some Christian priest who re-wrote and changed the Bible confusedly thinking Prophet Joseph (great-grandson of Prophet Abraham) to be the husband of Virgin Maryam, who were separated by at least 3,000 years generation-wise?

Perfect question Sister Zeynab.  You caught them!     I hope those restless savages of Islamophobic sites come and read this.

You know the fact is they're totally befuddled themselves.  Those ancient bible writers themselves didn't know what's in the mind of other writers.  Today, a reader of a particular biblical version won't know a crap what another version contains.  If a particular version of the bible mentions some person's name coming after Jesus, another version can put that name into a very different era.  Sometimes these biblical discrepancies miss out on important personalities completely.  E.g. In one of the chronological contents of Prophets, after Abraham/Isaac/Jacob/Joseph, it jumps to David and Solomon.  There is no mention of Moses at all who came well before David and Solomon.  Same names are given to different personalities of different eras causing confusion both for the bible writers and the readers.  E.g. Altogether there are three persons named Simeon in the altered bibles.  In Hebrew bible, Simeon is mentioned as one of the sons of Jacob (the grandson of Prophet Abraham).  Christians claim a man named Simeon Niger was an early Christian saint (aka pharisee like Paul) from ancient Turkey who came after Jesus.  And then again, Simeon was also supposed to be the name of some old man who lived during the period Jesus was born.  Some biblical versions call this elderly Simeon a "prophet" claiming he made prophecies about Jesus.  In some chronological info Simeon might be mentioned before Jesus.  In others it could be mentioned after the name of Jesus.  All bullshit information.   The mess is mind boggling!

Precisely.  I've also noticed the same type of hullabaloo going on.  This is what happens when humans interfere with Allah's Message.  The whole thing falls like a house of cards, turning into a bundle of perplexities and inconsistencies.

Many thanks for following up my query with such a wide range of information.  So, the name of Virgin Maryam's father was "Heli" .. most likely a guesswork.  And  her so-called husband and father-in-law, Joseph & Jacob, also a guesswork, and lineage confused with Prophet Ibraheem's descendents ..
