to all brothers and sisters who were fortunate enough to perform Hajj, a commandment of the Noble Quran for those who can afford it and find a way to it.  May Allah Almighty accept your efforts.  InshAllah, we hope this experience will be a memorial one helping all of you to broaden your perception of the Truth and thus make yourselves worthy of His guidance.  Ameen.

For those who did not perform Hajj, Eid-al-Adha Mubarak, but please keep it simple and only for the purpose of charity to the poor.

Our prayers for the departed souls of those pilgrims who died in the crane accident at Mecca recently.

Thank you br. TS.  The words on the poster are indescribably profound and true.

Mubarak to our brethren who went for Hajj and returned safely.  More than a thousand of them didn't.  To know what actually caused the stampede in Mina on September 24, 2015 (on the day of Eid-al-Adha), visit the Press TV link below:

Thank you for putting up that link Sister Heba.  I read it a little while ago at Facebook and was stunned.  I never knew it.  It's pathetic to see how the official media is avoiding these facts.  They are only mentioning that two large crowds of pilgrims were walking side by side in opposite directions and the stampede broke out.  They won't say why they were not walking on separate lanes or paths.  That's because most important outlets were blocked for this unnecessary protocol.  As if they didn't know that blocking roads at a time like this when more than 2 million people converge in Mecca and its surroundings would obviously result in a catastrophe.

First, the Hajj season of 2015 was saddened by the crane accident killing more than 100 people mostly pilgrims, and then this.

May Allah Almighty grant eternal peace to the souls of those who perished in this needless and avoidable stampede.

Exactly Sister.  My husband and I were numb with shock to read this.  And our thoughts were ditto of your comment.

Ameen .. for the souls of the victims.  May Allah Almighty grant patience and perseverance to their families.
