 BismEm

This is a short Quranic zikr and if you recite it everyday whenever you get the time, as many times as you comfortably can, it can make your heart rich with peace, solace and contentment - in other words, a load of happiness.

 Zul Jalal Wal Ikram.  It means, The Rab of Majesty and Honor.

Zul-Jalali Wal-Ikrami is mentioned in the Noble Quran in Surah Ar-Rehman:

كُلُّ مَنْ عَلَيْهَا فَانٍ {55:26}

وَيَبْقَىٰ وَجْهُ رَبِّكَ ذُو الْجَلَالِ وَالْإِكْرَامِ {55:27}

"All that lives on earth or in the heavens is bound to pass away: but forever will abide thy Sustainer's Self, full of majesty and glory."  Surah Ar-Rahman 55:26-27.
(Translation by Asad).

".... rabbika dhu l-jalali wal-ikrami"
..... your Rab (the) Owner (of) Majesty and Honor.

Thank you my brother.  We recite this everyday after Isha.  It's like a wave of comfort that takes over our hearts after the hassles of the entire day.

Subhan'Allah.   Thank you sister for stating the zikr more appropriately.  This is exactly how it should be:  " .. rabika dhu wal-jalali wal-Ikrami."

MashAllah, SubhanAllah.  I had memorized this Verse in English long ago but now, thank you brother and sister, for giving me the idea of memorize this line in Arabic for a lovely zikr.

All praise to be You, dearest Allah.
