Salams everyone.  Be as vocal as you can to stop the modern political 'fashion' of starting wars, proxy wars, genocides, ethnic cleansing and occupations.  In all of these ghastly episodes, the most affected segment of humanity is children.  They never ever ask for any of this, but they suffer the most with shattered childhoods often spent in orphanages or they spend the rest of their lives, maimed, disabled and homeless.

A very traumatized little child who has lost his parents in the genocide perpetrated by buddhist majority government of Burma (Myanmar).   Image The Guardian.

Please make du'a to Allah The Almighty to protect our children from all earthly tyrants.  Ameen.

Ameen, ameen.  Indeed one of my untiring struggles online has been to lambast this greedy political policy of violence against the innocent.  No doubt children suffer the most.  The other segment that suffers as much are the elderly, though they may be a bit more fortunate as their suffering is cut short with passing away to the next world because of old age in earthly world.  Children have a much longer stretch of earthly life ahead of them which they are compelled to live with horrific memories either as cripples, orphans, beggars or victims of child predators.

Thank you for this post Sister Ruhi.

Absolutely right Sister.  Elderly too have been devastated just as much, a story similarly heart-rending.  The only difference is, as you rightly referred, a smaller portion of their earthly lives are affected compared to those of little kids.

These images are tearing my heart into shreds     cryin

Yes, children and elderly .... the two most helpless sections of humanity devastated by political tyrants, their obedient partners and proxies.

Ya Allah, please, please grant defeat and humiliation to those tyrants in this world and the next. Ameen.

Ohw!  much too devastating   cryin     Ya Allah, dearest Allah, please vanquish the tyrants.  Human brutality in turning this planet into much too frightful a place to live in without excruciating pain.

Below is just one out of many overwhelming images from 2017.  March 4, it shows a father carrying his little daughter, both traumatized and crying.  They're walking away from Daesh controlled area in Mosul (Iraq) towards Iraqi special forces soldiers of Hashd al-Shabi.   It seems 2018 has stepped in only to deepen the pain across the Muslim world.

cryin cryin   For civilians, Iraq has been no easier than Syria and again, the biggest sufferers were children and the elderly though young adults like this father and many others in his shoes suffered just as much.

Very true brother.  This image shows just as much pain in the tears of both father and child.
