Salams everyone.  Be as vocal as you can to stop the modern political 'fashion' of starting wars, proxy wars, genocides, ethnic cleansing and occupations.  In all of these ghastly episodes, the most affected segment of humanity is children.  They never ever ask for any of this, but they suffer the most with shattered childhoods often spent in orphanages or they spend the rest of their lives, maimed, disabled and homeless.












A very traumatized little child who has lost his parents in the genocide perpetrated by buddhist majority government of Burma (Myanmar).   Image The Guardian.

Ameen, ameen.  Indeed one of my untiring struggles online has been to lambast this greedy political policy of violence against the innocent.  No doubt children suffer the most.  The other segment that suffers as much are the elderly, though they may be a bit more fortunate as their suffering is cut short with passing away to the next world because of old age in earthly world.  Children have a much longer stretch of earthly life ahead of them which they are compelled to live with horrific memories either as cripples, orphans, beggars or victims of child predators.

Absolutely right Sister.  Elderly too have been devastated just as much, a story similarly heart-rending.  The only difference is, as you rightly referred, a smaller portion of their earthly lives are affected compared to those of little kids.

Ohw!  much too devastating   cryin     Ya Allah, dearest Allah, please vanquish the tyrants.  Human brutality in turning this planet into much too frightful a place to live in without excruciating pain. 




Below is just one out of many overwhelming images from 2017.  March 4, it shows a father carrying his little daughter, both traumatized and crying.  They're walking away from Daesh controlled area in Mosul (Iraq) towards Iraqi special forces soldiers of Hashd al-Shabi.   It seems 2018 has stepped in only to deepen the pain across the Muslim world.

Will they ever recover from this trauma?  Only Allah Almighty knows how many members of their family were killed before their eyes.

 cryin cryin   For civilians, Iraq has been no easier than Syria and again, the biggest sufferers were children and the elderly though young adults like this father and many others in his shoes suffered just as much.
