Walaikum Salam, dear sister Muslima. Thank you for your appreciation.  I'm glad you are able to see through my point so accurately. 

Yes, exactly .... Verses 9:31 and 9:34 include Muslim clerics too because the same sycophancy is being observed by the Muslims as well toward their clerics (imams, sheikhs etc.).  Their abnormal admiration and craze about the imams & shiekhs as if they are perfect who can do no wrong and looking upon them as their advocates on the Last Day definitely amounts to shirk.

Like the rabbis and priests of old and now, our Muslim imams also grab money by fooling their disciples.  There are many imams who misuse donation money .. plenty of them.  You'll be amazed to know how they swindle the hard earned money of the donors into beautifying their homes, buying fancy cars and their wives & daughters donning themselves with the most exquisite hijab & abaya suits made of the finest materials that cost nothing less than $600 a piece. 

In Verses 17:56-57 of Surah Al-Isra, Allah again states in very clear terms that on the Day of Judgment these so-called saviors will have no power whatsoever.  On the contrary, they will be too preoccupied claiming their own nearness to Allah in order to obtain His forgiveness and salvation on the Last Day.

"Say: Cry unto those (saints and angels) whom ye assume (to be gods) beside Him, yet they have no power to rid you of misfortune nor to change." 17:56

"Those unto whom they cry seek the way of approach to their Lord, which of them shall be the nearest; they hope for His mercy and they fear His doom. Lo! the doom of thy Lord is to be shunned"

I totally agree with you about the doggy issue.  Quran says nothing bad about dogs. In fact in Surah al-Kahf, the believers had a dog who were being persecuted by the kuffar.  Hence, the dog was a pet belonging to the believers.  In other words we can say that the Noble Quran actually presents the idea of dog as man's good friend.  I've tried to explain this very valid and simple point to those idiotic liars so many times but they just won't hear of it.  That's because they are fixated on the false ahadith of the phoney sahabahs and imams that have declared dogs as outcasts by wrongly attributing unauthentic contents to the Prophet (pbuh).  It's so easy to discern that bulk of the hadith aims at promoting personal views of those who forged these stupid narrations.  Yet the naive Muslims cannot catch the guile, or even if they do, they remain silent and purposely condone the lie.  Not just that, but if some sincere person points out the fabrication and its lack of logic, they get mad because they cannot accept any criticism or rejection of the nonsense their imams speak.  The attitude is exactly the same in orthodox Christianity & Judaism even today .. a culture that became rooted since the 10th or 11th century after Christianity & Judaism were fully corrupted by human hands. Of course, the corruption began much earlier, and thus, Allah mentions it in the Quran as well.

It's really sad that the dog is such a cute and faithful animal, and for Muslims it's become an unclean and evil animal only because of the lies of those mad hadith writers and their nincompoop followers. 

You very correctly pointed out Verse 2:79 "Therefore woe be unto those who write the Scripture with their hands and then say, "This is from Allah," that they may purchase a small gain therewith. ...."  Of course everyone knows that the Jews and Christians have completely changed their Divine Scriptures which are no longer original.  The Muslims are doing the same through the Hadith, in particular, Hadith Qudsi which they claim are the words of Allah when Allah has given them no warrant to speak as such. 

As I've always maintained, the Jews, Christians and Muslims have all introduced tons of bid'ah.  The only difference between the Jews & Christians on one side and the Muslims on the other is, while the former have introduced changes within their original Divine Scriptures, the latter has introduced them through a separate channel called "Hadith."  That's why I always say that the counterpart of the Toral and Bible is the Hadith, NOT the Quran.  The reason Muslims could not change the Quran and will never be able to change it is because Allah has held off their hands.  Allah promised in the Quran that His Final Message is in a "guarded tablet" or 'lauh-mahfooz' and He has Himself taken the responsibility to preserve the Noble Quran.  All praise be to Allah.   It is only Allah Who is protecting the Quran from all the rogues that fill the 1.2 billion Ummah today.
