"Arna's children"

I'm not sure if any of you have watched this documentary on TV.  It's really a touching one.  It's a true story about a Jewish woman who's now dead of cancer.  She was a zionist but developed deep love for the Palestinian children and understood their pain.  She would help them make theatrical plays fighting the Israelis.  In this way she assisted these helpless children to vent their misery, anger and suffering by channeling their fury on their occupiers in dramas and plays. 

It's a 1 hr and 24 mins movie.  Do please watch it, if you haven't seen it already.  You'll really like it. 

I guess every bunch of sour grapes has a few sweet ones ..

Aww!  yes I saw this documentary on TV 4 or 5 years ago.  It's really nice and worth seeing.  You are absolutely right.  Every bunch of sour grapes has one or two sweet ones.  She was a very compassionate lady who quit zionism in preference to working to improve the lives of Palestinian children.

yea, i've also seen this doc.  it's very interesting and touching.  InshAllah, i'll see it again here as soon as i get sometime to myself.  thanks for putting it up sister.  In the meantime i'll refer it to my brother and nephew.  they'll like it.
