Here is a video in which Jonathan Miller interviews Steven Weinberg about religion.  Weinberg is a 78-year-old American physicist, obsessed with atheism.  Miller, who is a television presenter and almost the same age as Weinberg, is himself much inclined toward atheism.  In his television shows he is often seen hobnobbing with terrible guys such as Steven Weinberg, Richard Dawkins, Daniel Dennett and some more such ones - all atheists.

In this video, Steven Weinberg's senile jabberings are the typical ramblings of an angry and frustrated disbeliever over his own failure to understand God Almighty, his failure to understand the world & universe (despite being a so-called award winning physicist) and his complete failure to understand himself.  This is a very standard reaction of all atheists.  This strange man has exposed his complete lack of logical perception about life and afterlife. He has also exposed how his own pride has wrecked his ability to comprehend human existence in a wider sphere and in the process he has only ended up spewing the pent-up hatred and anger he has been harboring for God Almighty.

First watch this ludricrous talk show and then please carefully read my comments.

First off, knowing well enough where these folks are coming from, it's a waste of time getting involved in their useless squabblings.  It's much like banging one's head against a thick brick wall coated with superficial thoughts, unawareness and plain illiteracy. There's hardly any platform to even begin a rational debate with them whose perception of the Monotheistic Faith has such a different dimension, who converge all faiths together for the simple reason that they are unable to recognize the singular characteristic and the finality of Monotheism and the huge significance it entails in the life of every living being.

A God-less person cannot comprehend beyond what he sees with his own eyes and thus considers it wrong to put "God ahead of humanity."  Based on the very narrow prism through which they see and analyse life, "Truth" according to their very shallow perception is the created, not the Creator.  Such rebellion only deepens their confusion.  It is reflected in the form of sarcasm and  aggression in the name of 'intellectualism.'

But, atheist or not, none can avert nor deny death. That is a common destination for all. Hence, let's just leave them to their own devices. They will come to know. And this is precisely what Allah, The Almighty, tells us with regard to such creatures in His Final Message, the Glorious Quran.

Referring to Weinberg's utter nonsense, how can anyone who has read and understood the Glorious Quran the way it ought be understood claim that "science is corrosive" to religious beliefs?  Science might be corrosive to the sort of 'religious' beliefs that have deviated from Divinity and have been constructed by the human mind. This includes the stories in the altered Jewish and Christian Gospels which were later borrowed into the man-written Hadith literature by Muslim clerics.   Unfortunately, since these fractured man-written pieces today represent the face of religion to the unthinking world, so the idea arises about 'science being a threat to religion.'

Westerners have since long judged religion (and all aspects of life) only from their own social / moral perspectives. Why do you think the need arose in the West to separate religion from life?  It surely had nothing to do with Renaissance despite the clashes of the altered-man-made Christianity with science.  By the 19th century doing away with that brand of "religion" became a necessity in Europe.  Reason?   Like all non-Divine ideologies, the tyranny unleashed by the Catholic Church surpassed all limits. Thus, the image of God in the minds of modern-day Europeans/North Americans is that of a "tyrant."   In the rebound, the secular West has pressured the Chruch to re-alter their faith yet again by propagating utterly impractical concepts such as turning the other cheek etc. which even the proponents of such theories do not practice themselves. Hyprocirsy upon hypocrisy upon hypocrisy!   Will this athiestic rigmarole ever end?

To all readers:  Carefully avoid and trash the frustrated rantings of such obstinate and wicked lunatics whenever you hear or watch them.  Anyone who allows themselves to get misguided by them must remember that on the Day of Judgment, these minions of the devil will surely not come to the rescue of their followers.  Rather, they will be much too preoccupied and breathless with anxiety over their own eternal Retribution at the wretched abode of Hell.

Steven weinberg is a notorious rogue, a man with no sense of respect for God, nor any consideration for the feelings of others and of course no awareness of how crudely idiotic he himself is.  This 80-year-old toothless geezer with one foot almost dangling inside the grave can barely sit straight, yet he has learned nothing as yet that might be fruitful for his soul in the Hereafter.  It will be real fun to watch him on the Day of Judgment.

Dear sister, your response to the bickerings of this enemy of Allah is superb.  And yes, I would appeal to everyone to heed sister Zeynab's suggestion: "Carefully avoid and trash the frustrated rantings of such obstinate and wicked lunatics whenever you hear or watch them."  In this regard, always keep in mind the warnings Allah Almighty has given to humankind in His Final Message.  One such warning I quote as follows:

"So submit patiently to thy Lord's command, and obey not of them any guilty one or disbeliever."  (76:24) Surah Al-Insan.

Many thanks for your great comments, sister Heba.  I couldn't agree more.  That verse you quoted is a wonderfully specific reminder particularly for the enemies of Allah like the ones in this video.  Indeed there are many such verses in the Quran.  Only a person who is completely a lost case will get misguided by the nonsense of people like weinberg etc.
