(Don't miss this video, worth a watch, click on this link and don't forget to turn the sound on).

Titled "serious conversation going on."   I think so too.  Every species of animals have their own language.  As The Almighty confirmed in the Noble Quran, ants have their own language which among humans only Prophet Suleiman (pbuh) understood, as a privilege granted to him by Allah Almighty.

Someone in this video talkback quoted a silly 'fun fact' claiming  "cats do this because they are insane."  A typical example of the limited human mind; when they are unable to perceive, they misinterpret.

Alhumdulilah, really interesting 😀  .. undoubtedly it's a complete conversation discussing something and can be understood only by The Almighty.

Note the cat on the other corner, sounds like the chirping of a bird.

And similarly when cats, dogs and other pets hear us chatting and talking, they must be saying "humans are insane."   lol ..

😃 So adorable, Alhumdulilah.   They are obviously talking and commenting on what they are watching outside  the window.  Love it.

Everyone in my home loved this video and well perceived comments.  Alhumdulilah.

Wanted to verify, my sister said that cats sleep an average of 12 hours each day.  Wallahi!  12 hours !!  Is this really so ?

Yeah true brother.  Usually pet house cats sleep longer than wild cats cause former are more carefree, they don't have to hunt for food like the latter.  Normally young adult houses cats sleep between 12 to 15 hours daily.  As they get older they sleep even more, up to 18 to 20 hours every 24 hours.  In comparison, wild cats and farm cats sleep between 9 to 10 hours.

Ohh!  imagine 😆

That means the idle ones sleep more than the 'working' ones.  When humans are too idle they tend to sleep less compared to those who are working and fatigued who tend to want more sleep.

Generally you will observe new-born kittens slumber and doze 24 hours.  As the days pass and they grow older, average sleep requirement diminishes to around 14 to 15 hours.  As they approach the status of "senior citizens" the sleep cycle rewinds to an 18 to 20-hour average.   This is in regard to house kittens /cats.  Probably the wild ones aren't fortunate enough to live that cushy.
