Does this refer to the "big bang" kind of theory? (V:133 An-Nissa)

"If He will, He can remove you, O people, and produce others (in your stead).  Allah is Able to do that."  4:133.


Salams dear all. 

This is such a remarkable Verse, glory be to Allah.  It left me thinking what exactly might be the implication here.  Purging the current community and replacing it with a new one.  I was wondering, does it allude to the global community or more localized ones?   If the reference is to the global community, it might mean something similar as the "big bang" theory, something that may have occurred as an outcome of a celestial 'accident' in the universe.  Of course, ordained by The Almighty as nothing in the universe can happen without his approval and knowledge.

Walaykom As-Salam.   Allusion to the global community might be included in this Verse, but may not refer to just that.  It may also include specific earthly communities in various lands and territories .. like changes coming in certain societies through uprisings and revolutions to get rid of a bad system replaced with a better one.  Such revolutionary waves can also influence neighboring societies and thus the change can get more widespread.  Secondly, the crux of the concept in Verse 4:133 conveys the fact that The Almighty is the  All-Powerful, the Limitless.  He is the one in control, not the people.  Every person in this world is dependent on Him.  Human disobedience towards Allah does not hurt Him at all, but it's only those people who end up hurting themselves tremendously, as happened with so many defiant communities in the past that were destroyed by The Almighty.   It is NOT Allah Almighty who is in need of us, it is we who need Him, every minute, every second of our lives.  If He is displeased with us, getting rid of us and replacing us with different folks is very, very easy work for Him.
