Day of Arafah will be on 9th Dhul Hijja (July 8th) and Eid-al-Adha on 10th Dhul Hijja (July 9th). Fasting on the Day of Arafah is not obligatory, however it's a good day to observe a nafl fast for those healthy enough to do so. Insh'Allah.

The sentence in this ayah ‘Blessed is whoever is in the fire and whoever is around it’

‘around it’ I understand, what does it refer to ‘whoever is in the fire’ ?

Original Arabic in the Quran: فِى انارِ (fi al-nari) refers to ‘who is at the fire.’ That means, blessings on whoever is close to the fire and whoever is a little farther away. Allah knows best, but probably the reference is to Prophet Musa (pbuh) and his family with whom he was travelling when he saw this fire-like light at a distance and when he came close to it, Allah Almighty spoke to him. Subhan’Allah.
