Husseyn: Salaam all.  Today is 1st Dhul Hijja 1443 (corresponding to June 30, 2022).  Day of Arafah will be on 9th Dhul Hijja (July 8th) and Eid-al-Adha on 10th Dhul Hijja (July 9th). Fasting on the Day of Arafah is not obligatory, however it's a good day to observe a nafl fast for those healthy enough to do so.  Insh'Allah.

Salam to all.   When I was young and for a long time I heard the hadith "'actions are judged by their intentions".  Now I hear people say  "actions are judged by their conclusions."  Are these two the same ahadith?  which one is correct?

Walaikum As-Salam.  It's very difficult to say what's going on with hadith.  It keeps shifting and changing according to the whims of the ulemas ..  same as the altered bibles that keep changing with the wishes of the Christian clerics. 

But regardless what those people say, guiding my common sense in accordance with the principles of the Noble Quran, obviously the value of our actions depend on our intentions.
