Here are the 30 titles of the 30 juz of the Noble Quran:

Source: Quran Juz breakdown Here, you can also see the Surahs and count the number of Ayats in each juz.

Some juz titles are taken first lines or words in the Quran Surahs, and some are created by those people who memorized the Quran earlier on to make the recitation of the entire Quran easier. This is the only purpose of these juz titles, thus the source of these titles do not matter. But these titles are also established from the time the memorization of the Quran began and they don’t change, have never changed in the past.

None of the juz titles come from the hadith.
