Walaykum As-Salam and peace.   Yes absolutely. 

"O you who believe! When the call is heard for the prayer of the day of congregation, haste unto remembrance of Allah and leave your trading. That is better for you if you did but know."  62:9  Al-Jumu'ah.

"And when the prayer is ended, then disperse in the land and seek of Allah's bounty, and remember Allah much, that you may be successful."   62:10  Al-Jumu'ah.

V.62:9 directly refers to the Jum'aah congregation prayer, and V.62:10 elucidates that Jum'aah or Friday does not have to be a holiday.  You only need to take a break for the Jum'aah prayer and then you can return to work.
