Thanks a lot Sister Heba for this info.  I had been wondering since long, how and why did they turn the pronunciation of "walad daleen" into walad duaaaaleeeeeeen.

Hadith loves to ruin everything about our Faith.

You're welcome sisters.

Mention of  "ameen" loudly and the end of Fatiha is primarily a Sunni practice.  Shiias generally don't.  They just say "walad dualeen" (a bit pronounced or stretched though) and omit "ameen."  Their argument is that there is no 'ameen' in the Quran at the end of Fatiha, a very valid point I agree with.  But the instruction to pronounce of "daleen" as "duaaaleeeeeen" is also not in the Quran, so both Shiias and Sunnis need to stop that instead of hankering after hadith narrations.  However even according to many Sunni sources, 'ameen' after a dua is optional.  Even if you don't say it doesn't matter.  Yet despite acknowledging that, after reciting Fatiha, they do invariably say "ameen" aloud.

Yes, correct Sister Heba.  Shiias don't normally utter 'ameen' because it's not a Quranic instruction.  Right on. Yet they do turn "daleen" into "duaaaleeen"  which is also not in the Quran but only to conform with traditionalism.  So, there is a contradiction in their approach.

Here is a recitation of Fatiha by Syyed Ali Khamanei.  It's a simple and clear recitation, I like it.  But he does to an extent change the pronunciation from 'daleen' to 'duaaaleeen' but he doesn't mention 'ameen.'

Big thanks for the info Sis Heb and Br. TS.   Yeah, I love this kind of simple yet correctly pronounced recitations .. in fact more than making it too, too melodious as done by pro reciters.  After all the Noble is a Book of guidance, not songs.  Amd btw, he also says "Maalik" not "Malik" as the Urdu speaking people.

It's fine they don't mention "ameen."  But they should also stop that "duaaaleeeen" and simply say "dualeen" as given in the Noble Quran.

Also according to traditionalists, women are not supposed to say "walad dualeen" and "ameen" loudly.  They are expected to say it very silently while a male imam can scream it out.  The biggest collection of senseless rules is with Hadithist traditionalists.

lol 😃   exactly .. that's another illogical aspect.  Though no one bothers.  Usually in mixed congregational prayers where women and men are grouped separately in the same hall, women also join in to say "ameen" aloud.  Most of these senseless Hadith rules are actually supposed to adorn their hadith books only.  No one heeds.
