Children as young as 10 or 11 are having to care for their younger siblings ages 2, 3 and 4 becoz many have lost both parents. It's a very, very, very tearful situation there.

As-Salam Walekum. I saw today in the news that the US president Joe Biden pardoned his son of his crimes. I'm not sure about the details of this specific case of Biden's son, but am I right in saying that there is a verse in the Qur'an (I can't remember exactly) where Allah says it is not right to conceal or protect people from facing justice even if they are your siblings/family?

If someone in authority is aware or has doubts that their son or daughter is guilty of a violation, and yet pardons them, that certainly is a violation itself.

There are at least 4 or 5 Verses in the Noble Quran on the significance of justice. We have quite a few Quran based articles here at MV on justice. If you enter the word "justice" in the search box at MV homepage which is on top right corner, you will get quite a lot of contents containing the term 'justice.' You can then select the post or posts that suit your search needs.
