It's worse than a prison .. it's a concentration camp.  Children as young as 10 or 11 are having to care for their younger siblings ages 2, 3 and 4 becoz many have lost both parents.  It's a very, very, very tearful situation there.

Are there any specific months or timeframe for finishing the qada obligatory fasts missed during the month of Ramadan?

No there isn’t.  The Quran does not mention any timeframes.  It can be any day of any month between the end of Ramadan to the start of the next Ramadan.   But try your best not to delay it beyond that otherwise there can be confusion with too many qada fasts piling up, in case you also miss some more obligatory fasts during the next Ramadan.

“The month of Ramadhan [is that] in which was revealed the Qur'an, a guidance for the people and clear proofs of guidance and criterion. So whoever sights [the new moon of] the month, let him fast it; and whoever is ill or on a journey - then an equal number of other days. Allah intends for you ease and does not intend for you hardship and [wants] for you to complete the period and to glorify Allah for that [to] which He has guided you; and perhaps you will be grateful.”  2:185 Al Baqrah.

“(Fast) a certain number of days; and (for) him who is sick among you, or on a journey, (the same) number of other days; and for those who can afford it there is a ransom: the feeding of a man in need - but whoso doeth good of his own accord, it is better for him: and that ye fast is better for you if you did but know –“  2:184 Al Baqrah.

Hadith followers say qada fasting must be completed in Shawwal.

Yeah I know but that has nothing to do with the Quran at all.  Hadithists say obligatory qada fasts in Shawwal to be done first and then the 6 sunnah fasts of Shawwal.  But there is no such thing as 6 sunnah fasts of Shawwal in the Quran.  Neither does Allah say that missed obligatory fasts of Ramadan must be completed in Shawwal.

Some Hadithists also say that if your missed obligatory fasts of Ramadan are too many, like almost the whole month or more than half the month, then do the 6 sunnah fasts first and then start the missed obligatory fasts.  In this case it is very likely you will not be able to finish all fasts in Shawwal.  Some are bound to spill outside of Shawwal.  But as I said, this entire thing about the 6 sunnah fasts and fitting all missed obligatory fasts in Shawwal is a Hadith idea which has no bearing in the Noble Quran.

The sunnah Shawwal fasts are six voluntary fasts to be observed any time during the month of Shawwal soon after Eid al Fitra. This comes from Hadith. Not contained in the Quran.

And I think according to hadith doing these 6 fasts is equivalent to fasting entire lifetime, right?  It doesn’t make sense.

According to Hadith, fasting whole of Ramadan and following it with six days of Shawwal is as if one fasted for the entire year.  Sure it makes no sense.   Allah never said such things.  Allah only commanded to fast 30 days of Ramadan and its validity is only for those 30 days of that year.

I think it’s something from Sahih Muslim or Bukhari. Not sure.

This one 👇

“Whoever fasts Ramadan then follows it up with six days from Shawwal then it is as if he fasted the whole year.”  Narrator Abu Ayoob Ansari from Sahih Muslim collection.

This information has nothing to do with the Noble Quran.  It is completely impossible the Prophet (pbuh) would ever make such rules of his own about fasting.
